I was nervous switching dentist after ours moved away. They made the switch simple and they are super friendly! The dentist is alway moving though the office talking and interacting with the children and parents. 100% Recommend Cuadra pediatric dentistry!

Dr. Cuadra is amazing and works with other providers in the area to ensure your child gets the best care! She found that our 5 year old had been tongue tied all these years, because of her symptoms. I never realized until after working with her team- the Speech therapist, the chiropractor, and herself. How much of the body is affected by those! She fixed it for her, and now her behavior has mellowed, she's sleeping better, less meltdowns, and she can stick her tongue out! I would recommend Dr. Cuadra for all pediatric dentistry! She's so fun and great at what she does! The staff is amazing as well! Call there!!

They went above and beyond! My daughters crown fell out the day before a long awaited trip put of town, i called them and they squeezed her in before the trip saving our trip! Thanks so much!!!

I brought my kids in for a scheduled appt. Upon arival I was informed that my appointment had been canceled. The funny thing was, I never received a phone call, long story short they refused to see me on my scheduled day after I drove an hour to get to the appt

Everyone at this office is so kind. They totally put me and my husband at ease when we had to have our infant's tongue tie fixed. They were detailed and very helpful. The entire atmosphere is very welcoming. 10/10 highly recommend!

Dr Cuadra and her entire staff are amazing! They are super great with the kids...Love the way the office is decorated and the way they accommodate the kids to make them feel comfortable! They explain what they are going to do in a way that kids can understand . Would definately recommend to anyone that has kiddos that are a little nervous or scared of the dentist!

My kids have no anxiety going to the dentist, thanks to this office! The staff is extremely kind and go above and beyond to make sure the kids and comfortable and happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Thank you ..my 4 yo has ADHD and I was very hesitant about how his appointment would go. I had no need to worry, everyone was so friendly and made his appointment fun for him. Highly recommend!!

The made us pay $75 for the the procedure, we missed that date so had to reschedule so we do so we pay another $75 then they tell us it will be pushed back to around July...okay so now they sent us a letter stating that they no longer take our insurance so we have to pay it all...worst company ever!!!

Inquired about being billed over something that was covered by insurance and was greeted with a snotty receptionist who claimed she had just taken that role and needed time to figure out whats going on. Haven't heard anything from them regarding the situation in 2 months only to receive a letter in the mail stating they were dropping my children from the practice. Good thing we have already sought out a new practice but very unprofessional. You can keep the 150 you owe me. I was nothing but compliant with this case and had to explain to you who uou needed to call. Unbelievable. I'll drive an hour away as opposed to 20 minutes to somewhere where my children come first.

The staff was so friendly, nothing but positive attitudes! They made me feel so comfortable and my daughter!!! I drove 45mins away from home totally worth it! great atmosphere for children.

We had a terrible experience. We were told my son needed fillings for 4 cavities. They basically had to hold him down and didn't try calming him. It was stay still or else. Went through a year and a half of trying to contact them for a bill only to never get one and then have one show up almost 2 years later for one amount. I sent in a check and I called to make sure they received it. I was told it was and they could even tell me the check number. I then received another bill for a higher amount and was told they lost my check it was gone and here's the new bill. It was during the holidays and I forgot it for a couple weeks. Then received a text message about owing an even higher amount than previously stated. I tried contacting them several times and told I would get a call back, no call ever came. I had to show up to the location to even discuss it. In the mean time I took my son to another dentist because it was also mentioned his his follow up that he had two more cavities we needed to keep an eye on. The other dentist assured me there were none and his teeth were perfectly fine. I only feel they wanted to get money out of my kid's mouth and nothing else. This was the most unprofessional experience of my life.

Mother of three small children that are patients at Cuadra Dentistry, and they are hands down the best pediatric dentistry I have ever been to for my children. I wish I had a dentist like this as a child myself. They are very accommodating to schedules, and they do everything they can for every child that walks in the doors. They are extremely patient, and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone. Very clean, and do a very good job of keeping the building well kept. Dr. Dani talks to you about your children as if they were own, and she really cares about their teeth and overall oral health. I love coming to every appointment.

They were good with my daughter with interactions but horrible business practice. When my daughters crown broke, they wouldn't schedule to fix it or even look at it for a month. She can't hardly eat or drink but they didn't care. How can you make a child wait for an emergency for a month. We went back to the dentist that referred us to Cuadra and they were appalled. They won't be referring any new patients. They are sending us to another specialist in Tiffin that is seeing her first thing in the morning.

Dr. Daniela Cuadra is THE BEST!!! My kids love her! She is professional, gentle, sweet and caring! She goes above and beyond! She even stayed later for my child with a broken tooth. I just love it there!!! Thank you Dr. Danny! We luv you and your staff!

Highly recommend! My kids usually get nervous but felt very comfortable coming here. Staff is friendly and the dentist is very knowledgeable and great with kids! It's very rare to find a great place like this.
