CT Pediatric Dentistry has been located in West Hartford, Connecticut for more than 42 years. As our practice continued to grow we expanded and now have three Connecticut based pediatric dental offices. Each office has its own unique environment, developed to give our young clients a comfortable, safe space that will enable them to develop a healthy relationship with their dentist.
With a focus on prevention and education, we work with our local communities to teach children of all ages the importance of oral health. We are active in local school systems, giving presentations on how to
CT Pediatric Dentistry is dedicated to educating CT's youth in proper dental care. Our nursery school coordinator visits local schools and teaches children about the importance of maintaining their teeth.

The dentist was great and my kids enjoyed going there. Jeanie the receptionist was very snappy and rude. She canceled my daughters appointment without talking to me first and filled it with a new patient. She would not give my appointment back and let the new patient she filled it with know she made a mistake. Instead, said the next available appointment wasn't until October (4 months away). After finding a new dentist so my daughter could receive prompt treatment, I called back to ask for my daughters records to be transferred and Jeanie was still speaking in a nasty tone and rushing me off the phone as if she was bothered by me calling. I couldn't believe how rude and dismissive she was and that she refused to rectify her mistake of giving away my daughters appointment without my knowledge. My daughters are 5 and 6 and have been going there since their very first dentist appointments, because of this we will no longer be going here. I chalked her snappy attitude up the last time we visited the office as possibly a bad day, because I understand that happens, but this was over the top. I'm so disappointed in the way she handled this and her consistently snappy, bothered way of dealing with patients. The 1 star is for the Dentist and the Hygienists. The 4 left empty are for the above mentioned complaints.

Dr. Rosenstein and staff at CT Pediatric Dentistry are awesome!!! Great with children and attentive to the questions and concerns that parents may have!! I would definitely recommend CT Pediatric Dentistry!!

This place is just amazing. The staff, doctors and hygienists are equally as wonderful to their small patients as they are to those patients' parents. They just "get it." I can't recommend this practice enough.
