I am fortunate to be Dr. Rogers' patient. He is a talented dentist who excels at what he does. Having been treated by Dr. Rogers for about 3 years I have had many things done - fillings, extractions, crowns, grafting and implants, bite adjustment and other procedures. He does it all himself in his office, so you don't have to go to a dental surgeon or wait long for a crown. He makes crowns in your presence so that you leave completely satisfied. This is incredibly convenient and so different from my previous dentists. Dr. Rogers establishes a great rapport with his patient, makes you feel like you were his friend. He cares about your well-being, always discusses different options, explains details as seen on x-rays, always finds the best treatment approach and achieves the best possible outcome. He relates to your pain or discomfort, tries to understand all the nuances, never dismisses your concerns or complaints (like some other dentists do), does everything to meet your specific needs, puts you at ease, encourages you, so that you feel you are in good hands and there nothing to fear. He goes above and beyond for his patients. He is a doctor you can trust. Recently he has done an awesome job to open my bite that used to be too closed, or low. It wasn't easy: took a few iterations, each with scrupulous load-balancing work, but the result is excellent. I was also impressed with the state-of the-art equipment and the methods he used to achieve the right shape of the crowns, to establish the correct position of the jaws, and many more. I had not seen that in the offices of my previous dentists. CT Family Dentistry is a great team of professionals: all are efficient, helpful, kind, always smiling. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I had been going to my local dentist for many years. I started having problems with sensitivity issues and my current dentist could not figure it out. I was talking to a friend and he suggested Doctor Rogers in Manchester, an office 30 miles away from me. I was desperate. I visited and wow, Doctor Rogers listened and asked for my symptoms. He used a camera and found a crack that apparently my current Doctor could not see. He fixed my tooth and I left. I was very happy. I soon went back to my current Dentist because of the distance. Not long after, I had another problem with my teeth. Again, current Doctor tried to find the problem without success......I called Doctor Rogers and made an appointment. He listened and viola, it was discovered that my two wisdom teeth needed to come out. At 65, I was nervous but I soon discovered that he knew what he was doing. I also had a crown installed. Unlike other Dentists, he makes the crown right there in his office, there is no "temporary " crown, no waiting for three weeks to get a crown made. In two hours I was out the door again, with minimal pair. Doctor Rogers is now my Dentist. I don't care that he's 30 miles away. All the staff there treated me like an old friend. You are made to feel welcome there. I highly recommend Doctor Rogers for any dental care that you may need. He is simply the BEST.

From my very first conversation with the reception I knew this was the dental office for me ! The staff are all exceptionally considerate, kind, supportive, and nurturing. I had not been to a dentist in well over a decade and had developed a fear of getting even an initial exam. Fast forward just a few months later and I am on the other side of healing post wisdom teeth removal! Not only have my fears been dialed back immensely, but I genuinely look forward to my appointments as they feel like I am visiting with friends. If you are in search of an office that puts your mental and physical comfort first, look no further. I could not be happier with my decision to bite the bullet and come here !

Amazing experience with this office. I had a last-minute emergency and called around the whole state looking for an office that could perform a minor oral surgery. Out of the 20+ places I called, CT Family Dentistry was the only one that actually seemed to care. They scheduled me today; one day after I originally called, at 9am and I was back home an hour later, all fixed-up and good to go.

I have not yet in my 40 plus years of going to a dentist found a dentist and staff so dedicated to being authentic, caring, and professional. After many attempts within the past 10 years of trying to get some real information, knowledge and someone who would listen to what I want and need. It was truly a breath of fresh air working together with Dr. Rogers and his team.Thier confidence and care makes me feel relieved to know I can put my trust in them. I'm so grateful I found them. Very highly recommend.

Everything you want in a dentist's office! Dr. Kate, in particular, has been wonderful. She was able to see me at the tail-end of the Covid lock down for a dental emergency. She was very kind to make herself available on short notice. The care I received was excellent. She also handled my wife's Invisalign treatment. She was patient with all my wife's questions and the end results were fantastic. You won't find a better dentist's office!

Everyone from the front desk, to billing, to hygienist to Dentist is kind and patient-centered. I have always had dental anxiety and since going to CT Family Dentistry, I no longer feel anxious. Pain and fear are not concerns because of the tip-notch care. Dr. Kate is a talented dentist and very caring and my hygienist Liz is skilled and I always enjoy chatting with both! Visiting the dentist is now high on my list for self-care and not just dental health.

Great experience. My son needed emergency assistance. The office got him in as a new patient right away. Dr. Rodgers corrected the issue. He also called to see how my son was doing after the procedure. The staff including the receptionist, Nicole was very welcoming and helpful! Highly recommend

If I could rate this office better than 5 stars, I would! I moved to Manchester from out-of-state and initially reached out to establish care and have them look at a tooth that had just broken. I have had horrible experiences with dentists over the past 5-8 years that I began to become very anxious and fearful of the dentist. When I called, I spoke with Nicole and she was absolutely outstanding. She took her time to ease my fears and was completely understanding and empathetic. When I came into the office I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Ekaterina Lycheva and Michelle. They listened to me about my anxieties without judgement. The doctor played calming music, offered a pillow and blanket, gave me chapstick before a procedure, and most importantly did not make me feel guilty for my teeth and what needed to be done with them. I have never felt so heard, safe, and understood by a dental professional and I am so thankful to be a patient here.
