Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They made my son feel comfortable and really educated him on the process and what needs to be done. The lady who put his braces on took her time and during the whole time kept making sure he was comfortable. The dentist had to go over some information and did not do it in front of my son which was great. The dentist took her time and went over what his plan of care was. The billing department was very clear and did not overwhelm me. They took their time and was so compassionate and understanding. I left there knowing my son was in good hands and because they took their time educating me on the process it allowed me to prepare my son. This is a scary process because of everything my son had to go through and they made sure to acknowledge his feelings as well as being supportive. They were even comforting to mom (me). I am grateful to have them taking care of my son.

This office is ridiculous. Felt like I was at a family function rather than an official business. My sister was left unattended for 20 minutes with the assistant joking and laughing with another one. No communication as to what we were waiting for or the procedure going forward, once she was finally seen and mentioned discomfort the assistant sighed and said "You're making me work." While the assistant was putting on my sisters rubber bands another employee comes and hugs her from behind jokingly, all while her hands were still busy in her mouth! Super unprofessional!!

Very nice place. Some of the workers lied to me a couple of times covering up mistakes which i didn't appreciate and I was a practice dummy for all the students or new hires which made me annoyed every visit . Other than that Val and Dr Ashley are the best ones there.

Terrible, i got my retainers within the first 3 days they broke... i didn't even do anything either they use cheap materials so i call to make an appointment, i go to the appointment to get them fixed i call them beforehand no answer, i get there and they say there system is down and they can't take anything and to come back another day, okay i come next day they are closed when their time says they are open... waste of time and gas. Now my teeth have shifted and want me to pay $400...

Worst customer service. Stay away from that place. If you are full time working, you have to cancel your work all the time, they NEVER give you the time what works for you.

Worst customer service and experience. My son had his orthodontics work done at this site. I wasn't too pleased with the results to be honest. Last December my son needed to replace his retainer set. The cost is $200 every time; this would have been our 5th time. Not sure why we only get one set. Five sets for $1000 is not a steal. The receptionist was not helpful, she refused to give me an appointment and said to drop the mold of the mouth. My son had not had the retainer for over 4 months. Didn't found out until he told me. She then said I need to take pictures of my son's mouth and send it through an online link. I did it & haven't heard anything. That was in December 2021. I also asked to speak to the manager or to leave a message for the manager and she refused. This place is a braces mill. Worst customer service.

At first I was a little Leary receiving services at Ct Braces because it is a training practice. However, I have to acknowledge the staff (reception), the orthodontist and the orthodontist in training are wonderful. They are helpful, patient and caring. They take there time with my daughter at each and every visit. We do not feel like she is another number in which she may have been at another practice. I also appreciate as the orthodontist in training are being taught the trainer is super patient, and seem to go at any length to help the trainee to understand. I have to acknowledge the front desk staff (reception). They are always friendly and willing to answer any questions without sounding annoyed. :-) We love Ct Braces and the Staff (Bridgeport location) ~The Floyd's~
