The hygienists are all thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to care for the person. And Dr. Vasquez is professional, gentle, and generous with her time and attention. Really thrilled with the dentistry overall.

I loved it here! I was nervous but everyone made me feel super comfortable. The hygienist and the dentist were super friendly and helpful! The workers at the front desk were also really helpful. I appreciate this office! Will absolutely recommend it to others and continue going here.

Changed the expectations of going to the dentist, never have any pain even after root canals and everyone is great there. Recommend them to anyone that asks me where I go.

I used to be the type of person who would put off going to the dentist due to anxiety, but after a few treatments with Crystal Lake Dental Associates I feel so comfortable going and knowing I will receive the best care possible! Every single staff member is kind and very welcoming! I highly recommend this dentistry!

They're always so nice & professional here! They also always go over my treatment plan without making me feel pressured to spend money on things my insurance won't cover, they just explain all my options & leave it up to me. Would definitely recommend!

Let me begin by saying I have been very pleased with my dental care and the staff at Crystal Lake Dental Associates. However, I am very disappointed in their business practices. I am far more inclined to write positive reviews, but at times, feel negative reviews are necessary to necessitate change. After my last appointment, I noticed I had a credit balance on my account in excess of $500. I called to request a refund be sent to me in the amount of the credit balance. At this point, I have waited over 7 weeks, and still have not received the refund of "my" money. This is the same dental practice that requires payment of services before leaving the office. In an age of computers and online accounts, I find it unacceptable that a patient would have to wait this long for return of their own money. If indeed the purpose of reviews is to stimulate improvement, I hope this will do so.

Just had a regular cleaning today and a root canal a few months ago. I have been going here for at least 2 years and Rosalyn Vasquez and her staff are so kind and professional. I used to always have anxiety going to the dentist but the staff here makes sure that I am always comfortable and taken care of. They are always checking to make sure I am not feeling any discomfort and have a gentle hand in all procedures I have had.

Last time i was in with my 4 year old, she suggested they get pink sparkley glasses for kids. Sure enough at her next visit they hsd them!

This was the first visit and I'm happy that I had a very positive experiene. I went to have my teeth clean. The staff was very profesional and made sure that I understood the whole process. The cleaning of my teeth was excellent. I'm glad I chose this center

Absolutely so happy I found crystal lake dental !! I was in a panic to find a dentist (dont have one) because of tooth pain Im having. They got me in with in few hours of calling them. They were all so great friendly staff, great hygienist and doctor! Very informative! Unfortunately I have to have a tooth pulled but I know I will be in good hands! Highly recommended!!

I had a great experience! Jennifer did my cleaning and she was very thorough, gentle and kind. She had my teeth feeling the cleanest they ever have. Dr. Vasquez was very kind as well. Office staff was friendly and efficient!
