Dr. Crystal is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, School of Dental Medicine and went on to receive training at one of the most prestigious dental residencies in the nation, The Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital Advanced Education in General Dentistry in San Antonio, TX. In private practice, Dr. Crystal keeps continuing education a top priority. With all the changes and advancements in dentistry today, Dr. Crystal believes that continued learning not only gives the patient the best that dentistry has to offer, but it is what keeps dentistry exciting. Her office maintains the latest technologies in order to provide state-of-the-art care for her patients.
Because every aspect of your dental experience is important to us, we have a number of amenities to make our Mentor dental office feel more like home. We have a TV, aquarium and complimentary refreshments in our waiting room, and blankets in all of our treatment rooms to keep you comfortable throughout your visit. You might even forget youre visiting your family dentist!
Dr. Schneider, your family dentist, and our team go above and beyond the American Dental Association (ADA) and OSHA recommended standards for cleanliness and safety. Before your visit, we disinfect all of our equipment in a designated area with state-of-the-art sterilization technology. We also thoroughly sanitize each room between patients. We worry about the cleanliness of our Mentor dental office so youll never have to.
We are an insurance-friendly office, so please call us about your plan. We will do our best to assist you in maximizing your benefits. At your first visit to our Mentor dental practice, we will ask you for your current insurance information. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits so we can stay up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. As a courtesy to you, we file all claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and we track claims for you.
Our goal is to help remove financial barriers so our patients can get the dental care they need and desire. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer flexible financing through CareCreditsm for patients who qualify.
Dr. Crystal and her Award-Winning Smile Squad (Crystal Schneiders Team) will celebrate in the months of February and March with a fun, educational, and innovative dental health presentation. Your family dentist and staff present this captivating and unique program specifically for kids ages 4 to 7, with help of G.G. (a.k.a. Great Grins). This exciting program is held in daycare centers, preschools, and elementary schools. G.G. and her Award-Winning Smile Squad arrive ready to spark a childs interest in dental health. Through child interaction and song, teeth come to life. In fact, G.G. does just that! She is an enormous (almost 6 feet tall) grinning molar that travels with larger than life props! Our collection of interactive, imaginative and educational songs and games are gladly welcomed by all children. They will leave with the knowledge and motivation to take care of their teeth so they last a lifetime.

Dr. Crystal is the greatest of all time! As a dentist myself, I would trust her with any of my dental care. She did such a good job with my care I literally recommend her to everyone. On top of that, the staff is so nice, always pleasant to interact with and competent. Even if you have to drive far, its worth it.

Dr Crystal and her team are fantastic. We've been coming here as a family for several years, and the level of dental care we've received is far above and beyond anything we experienced from another clinic. I cannot say enough great things about this dental office. Every single worker truly cares about you, your well being, your experience, etc. Dr. Crystal has put in place a team of fantastic women that are just the nicest people on the planet. Dr. Crystal is fantastic, she's going to tell you exactly what you need done and will absolutely nit pick to make sure you're happy with your smile, your experience, and your overall well being. The environment you're in is clean, calm, organized, and you feel almost at home while you're there. Finding this office has been a blessing for me and has completely curbed my dental anxiety (and it was BAD).

I just got home from my appointment with Dr. Cystal and Dr. Keith. I am SEVERELY phobic of dental procedures, I require heavy sedation, and this appointment was my first unmatched success. I've actually found a dentist I WANT to return to, as opposed to just agreeing! The Drs are both wonderful, as are all the staff! If you have a dental fear or phobia, this is the office where they'll understand and treat you perfectly!

I have been a patient of Dr Crystal for a few years. I first met her when I broke a tooth Labor Day weekend and she came into the office, even though I had never been there before, to put a temporary cap on it to get me through the long weekend. My regular dentist didn't call me back for a week. Needless to say I switched.
