Dr. Brijesh Patel has completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. B Patel was an honor student in an oral surgery host program and earned an excellence award in the field of cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. B Patel is a member of various dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois Dental Society, and the American Red Cross. Dr. B Patel has additional professional training in oral surgery, implant dentistry and laser treatments. To provide highest level of dental care, Dr. B Patel continues to take education courses to learn on new dental techniques.
He enjoys listening to his patients. Dr. B Patel is fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, reading, spending time with his family, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

Dr Preet Sandhu is a skilled and compassionate general and family dentist. Dr. Preetinder ('Preet') Sandhu grew up in Punjab, India. She is thrilled to be building her practice where she calls home alongside her neighbors in Crystal Lake, Algonquin and Lake in the Hills Illinois.
One of Melanies favorite duties as a registered dental hygienist is proving comprehensive care to patients in a comfortable manner. Her attention to detail ensures that all of our patients concerns are addressed without any questions left unanswered.

Davids wife. I went to Dr. Sandhu after I had a very bad experience with an Endoontist. I wanted to get a second opinion as to what I could do now. I had an abscessed tooth that received a root canal, than ended up needing an extraction and in the meantime the abscess spread to my sinus' and caused other health problems. SHe took x-rays and found the tooth next to the problem tooth had a cavity which was causing me problems and a few other problems that my regular dentist didn't see such as a cracked filling and another tooth that had an obvious cavity next to a large filling. Years ago I worked for a dentist and I could read an x-ray and saw the problems. She was very patient and showed me everything. She was also very compassionate which I really appreciated. fSHe told me to wait till I cleared up the infection to make an appointment as to not aggravate my problem. I was given a breakdown of charges for the work and given a senior discount which I really appreciated as i have no insurance. The office is brand new and beautiful. Spotless and with the latest equipment. Her assistant took x-rays without hurting my mouth and they were viewed on a big screen TV and everything shown and explained to me. WHile I went for a second opinion, I decided to change dentists and use her. My husband will be using her as well. She is a real treasure.and I am so happy I decided to go and see her. Davids story Now in 2022 Husband went about a tooth bothering him. he was able to get an appointment that day. He was told to go to an endodontist as the dentist wasnt sure what the problem was. Being 84 we felt it would not be worth it to have a root canal on a 75 year old tooth and decided to have it pulled. When Dr. Sandu owned the office her extraction fees were reasonable. Dr. Karia wanted $450 for a simple extraction. THe last extraction there was undr $200. We called an Endodentist that I had used before nearby and because we had no insurance were given the fee of $250. LI culd not see why a general dentist owuld charge so much for a simple extraction. We will not be going back to Crystal Family Dental care.

Crystal family dental is a great "find" in dentistry. Very up-to-date office that is clean, warm, and relaxing; a very inviting environment. More importantly a very courteous staff that is "happy and smiley", they are utmost professional, knowledgeable and caring. They listen, they are patient and they are understanding. I've been a couple of times and both times I've left feeling confident that I was in good hands and I will definitely be going back for more preventative and restorative care. Dr "B" is glad to shake your hand as he really cares about his customers and his business. These are values that are hard to find in today's world.

I was very pleased with my first visit to Crystal Family Dental. The receptionists were friendly and professional. The assistant, Linda was very friendly, professional and competent. The dentist was also friendly, competent and professional. I highly recommend Crystal Family Dental if you're looking for a dentist.

Our family went here for a couple years and I thought it was a good office. We got different insurance and are at a different office and after seeing crystal family for over 2 years my daughter had to get a root canal at our new dentist. There was a huge hole in her tooth that they missed after doing several xrays. I also had to get a tooth pulled because I had a bad filling in it that I had asked crystal family to remove. We referred them to a friend and they have had to redo their fillings multiple times. They are very nice people and I was very comfortable with them but we have had some issues with their care.

Great with kids! The hygienist Eli is so patient and made my girls feel safe when she saw they were nervous and tense. Dr. Khatoon is very nice as well. Highly recommend.

I had actually given this place a good review. The Doctors are great as well as all of the assistants and the office manager. I was in the middle of having $30,000.00 worth of work in my teeth. My last visit when I had my crown put on. Well it came off the same night. I was scheduled to go in the following Saturday to have it out on again. Well, I got stuck in traffic on Randall Rd and was running a few minutes late. Now mind you, I had never been late before. I had missed a appointment and had to pay the $75 fee even though I was sick. When I had called the office that Saturday on my way in I told them I was running behind. The receptionist told me if I did not make it there within 7 minutes I would have to reschedule. She proceeded to talk to me like a child and was very inconsiderate. Rude actually. I had to take time out of my weekend because they didn't put my crown on correctly. They have lost my business completely! That's to bad because there was a-lot out of pocket that was being paid to them and they didn't even care that I left them. I have been going there for 5 years. I would never recommend anyone to go there. Update: 9/23/2022: Come to find out that after getting some fillings done by them and changing dentists. I now have to get those fillings redone and a root canal because they were done incorrectly. My insurance paid for the fillings the first time but now I have to pay out of pocket $750 to get two fillings redone and I have to pay $1600 for a root canal due to a filling being done incorrectly. They don't even care that they lost my business.

So I'm here 4 months later with an update. I now have my implant. When I tell you Dr patel did an amazing job. I cried tears of joy. This was such a long process. the entire staff, Myra, Daniella and Melanie were such a big support. Dr Patel makes you feel extremely comfortable. He is very good at what he does. He will always make sure you leave his chair happy. I love my new smile... check out my previous review below and join the Family. It really does feel like home away from home. I can promise you...Whatever your dental needs may be. This team can get the job done! Thank you Dr Patel I have been a patient of Dr Patel for about A year and half. Everyone in this office is professional, comforting and make you feel like family. Eli is an amazing assistant. And Myra is the best at working numbers and getting the business side taken care of. I love it here and will never allow another dentist to service me. Dr Patel restored my smile and I couldn't be more happy.

Everything was so clean, the staff was amazing and so knowledgeable. The best part was when telling me about my treatment plan they already had Daniella running the numbers so I knew exactly how much everything would cost- zero gotcha moments! I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful establishment, I will definitely be here for a long time! Linda was especially sweet- thank you for the great experience!

I scheduled an apt for cleaning and fillings.. they only put down cleaning. This wasn't the first time they did this. Last year I went in for the same thing and I went in they told me they were going to do something completely different then what I made my apt for.. the lady's there both times were very nice and weren't rude or anything. It just sucks when you make an apt apt and take time off work for that apt to only find out your only getting half of what you asked for... or not at all...

I would give 5stars but there is one but about this office. Dental assistant didn't change the gloves when left the dentist chair area which is nit responssible at all and disgausting. When you leave this area you take of your gloves and dispose them, especially when you were touching the teeth before. I realized after I left,that she also did not change the gloves when she came back to procedure.... Can somebody learn this assistant to be more carefull and responsible?

Best immediate dental care for my aunt who had a bad dental issue and was a new patient. Everyone in the office was exceptional. The dental assistant handled all of our concerns with such care. Dentist was wonderful and we felt much better after talking to her. Clean office, friendliest staff. They will now be my new dentist office too! Thank you !
