This guy is definitely not a family man. I had to take a phone call from my daughter's doctor while in his office and he told me to leave. He basically said his time was to valuable and there where 0 people in his office.

I had an amazing experience with Crystal Falls Dentists from start to finish. I needed to get in ASAP and the lady on the phone was able to help me get in quick and was super friendly. The assistant made me feel very comfortable as I always get nervous when going to the dentist. Dr. Anderson was very professional and was able to get the job done quickly! I will definitely will be back and will be telling my friends to go here. Thanks again for helping me!

Seems like your billing department has an extremely nasty habit of not knowing what they're doing in the slightest. The problem is, your staff's incompetence has real life consequences. Not just on your business but on the lives of your patients that you're CONSTANTLY misfiling claims against and not fixing your mistakes and having your patients and insurance companies have to come after you. Even to the point of having to come in person to try to confront your corrupt billing practices because your billing employee refuses to call back and deal with her repeated mistakes. Not to mention that when your patient's have gotten ahold of her, she blatantly lies saying that the reason she can't hold accountable to who's making the mistakes is because the billing program only keeps the data from the last 30 days. As someone who did 2 years of medical billing, that's not how it works. Or she puts the blame on the patients, as if they have any control on when or if she files their procedures in a timely manner.

This is a devious practice run by dishonest people. However, there are a few young staff members, who do seem to be well intentioned people trying to do their best. The feedback below is not directed towards them. My feedback is solely aimed at the senior staff and the doctor. I've gone to this practice for about 4 to 5 years, and while they are outwardly nice, they do not exude competence or trust. I've encountered a number of mix ups from them, most have been minor, and up until recently I've always been able to work things out with them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and remained a customer. This was a massive mistake on my part. It's become clear to me at this point, that they do not run a business that deserves loyal customers. On one past occasion I booked an appointment to have a crown fitted. Once I arrived they began prepping me for Novocain and drilling. I stopped them from proceeding and then discovered that they completely ignored the crown fitting and instead booked me for a follow up root canal. Which we had never discussed. The most recent issue I've had with them is a billing error just shy of $700. It seems they have failed to file two claims in a timely manor. (nine months later after one visit, four months later for another). However this lapse in time may have happened, they attempted to pin the full cost on me. They repeatedly avoided returning my calls. On the few occasions I got through I was often told that the person I needed to speak with is unavailable. Overtime I ended up explaining the situation to several staff members. Each call ended with me being told I would receive a return call, but they never followed through, until my second to last phone call with them, where I pointed out their habit of never calling me back. Eventually, I finally did get a return call and it was thanks to one of the younger staff members. Who through no fault of her own, simply did not have the context to offer much assistance, but she did her best. I should have been speaking with the person responsible for billing, not a recent hire that they have thrown into the middle. The senior staff simply does not take responsibility, and instead practices avoidance and a perpetual tone of accusations and convenient excuses. By showing up in person, I was finally able to speak with a senior staff member, but I got more runaround and evasive responses. They told me they attempted to file my claim a number of times. I asked for the dates of those attempts and they could not provide them. All that she said in return was; "the computer only records the last 30 days". Software doesn't really work like that. Everything is timestamped. I find it hard to believe that the billing software they were using is only capable of recording dates in a 30 day window. No matter how hard I tried to work with them, I felt that they were never honest and upright with me. Five years of being a customer got me perpetual avoidance and inane excuses to justify why they couldn't help resolve the matter. They continued to send me bills as if none of our prior conversations ever occurred. It's clear at this point that any attempt at communicating with them is a waste of time and energy. All they've done is stonewalled. There are many other dental practices in the area. Please, please do not give this place your business. They won't appreciate it and they will abuse any trust that you might form with them. Judging by some of the other reviews here, I'm not the first person they've treated this way. Probably will not be the last. Don't be the next. Avoid at all costs. PS. This is a reply to Dr. Anderson's response below: Excellent point. I'm sure you've captured my horrendous conduct on your security cameras, and if the authorities were to review the footage I'm sure your description would be proven to be accurate with no exaggerations or fallacies between the footage and how you've characterized me. Please point out the remaining inaccuracies in my review and I'll do my best to correct them.

I do not recommend this office. I had in the past but, severely regret it. They do not treat their patients well. This dentist and office staff should treat their patients with kindness and honesty.

I have been coming to Crystal Falls Dental for many years. I used to hate going to the dentist because past childhood bad experiences. I fully trust Dr. Anderson and his staff. Dr. Anderson is very skilled, patient, kind, and honest dentist. His staff makes me and my family feel welcomed. They take the time to explain procedures and show me pictures of why treatment is needed. Thank you Dr. Anderson for all that you do for my family and I.

We trust crystal falls dental and Dr. Anderson with our dental needs. Dr. Anderson is thorough and always has the best recommendations for your dental needs. With friendly staff, amazing hygienists, and a top-notch dentist, Crystal falls dental got us covered for all our dental needs. I have a busy schedule at work, and the staff is accommodating to fit me. The dental hygiene of my kids has improved a great deal since we started seeing Dr. Anderson, and they are always looking forward to their next appointment and free goodies. Pandemic has been tough on all of us and, importantly, small businesses, and we are impressed with how this facility continues to care and provide exceptional services for our family. Since we started with Dr. Anderson and Crystal falls dental, we have saved time, money, and headaches. We trust them with all our dental needs and highly recommend them.

I normally done write reviews, but I am so impressed with this dental office I had to. I was in a TON of pain and called Crystal Falls Dental. Brooke answered the phone and worked me into the schedule the same day. She was very friendly and made me feel not so nervous about coming in. Dr. Anderson was so patient and very kind. He took the time to explain explain procedures clearly and thoroughly . Even though I was a work in, I never felt rushed. I found a new dental home.

First time visiting Crystal Falls Dental and I was not disappointed. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Overall, I would rate this office as excellent. Will definitely refer anyone I know.

I hate going to the dentist and hadn't been in a while. I'm so glad I found Dr. Anderson and Crystal Falls Dental. He was so patient and understanding of my fears- he put me right at ease. You don't feel like just another "client " He takes the time to talk to you and answer all of your questions. Crystal and Brooke are also very helpful and friendly. I've found my new family dentist!

I do not recommend this business. I was seen in may for a deep cleaning. They billed my insurance incorrectly. In fact my second visit they numbed me on the wrong side. I had to tell them that we did that last side on 05/03. The ended up billing me for the same exact procedure according to the insurance claims. Back in September my insurance called them directly and spent 30 minutes on the phone advising them how to resubmit the claim. I was told this was going to be resubmitted and taken care of. I just received a bill now again for the same thing. Now they are advising me that my insurance company has it wrong because their records show they have the correct diagnosis codes. My insurance company does input the information. They go by what was submitted from your business. Again just like some other reviews billing will not call. I call and the poor girl up front says she has no access to this information. She tells me she is going to take a message but no one will call me. I get emails only of them stating it's my insurances problem. Not only does this place obviously not pay attention to what procedure is being done they clearly cannot bill patients correctly. This was my first and my last visit with this facility.

With school starting this week, we have been waiting for a call from one of our childrens doctor all week. With no customers in the buisness we asked to take a call. No one responded and we answered it. This dentist response was "Yeah we are going to have to do this later, my time is valuable and I can't sit here and wait while you take a call." Im sorry but children and their health is more important. DO NOT GO HERE!!! He cares more about HIS time and your money then you or your family. Thats scary!

With school starting this week, we have been waiting for a call from one of our childrens doctor all week. With no customers in the buisness we asked to take a call. No one responded and we answered it. This dentist response was "Yeah we are going to have to do this later, my time is valuable and I can't sit here and wait while you take a call." Im sorry but children and their health is more important. DO NOT GO HERE!!! He cares more about HIS time and your money then you or your family. Thats scary!

I highly recommend Dr. Anderson because he promptly responds to patient needs, explains issues in detail, and performs top-notch dental practices. When I had a severe toothache, Dr. Anderson promptly prescribed medications and fit me in his busy schedule for the next-day visit. I had an infection and Dr. Anderson carefully explained various options from bridges to implants. Unlike some other dentists, Dr. Anderson is not pushy and left the decision to me. The actual work performed is superb as well. I have weak teeth and have been looking for the right dentist in the Austin area. After changing around dentists for nearly a decade, I am happy to find a trustworthy, professional dentist. Other staff members are excellent as well. With frequent dental visits, managing insurance claims and the annual maximum was a hassle for me. Crystal is extremely friendly and knowledgable at supporting Dr. Anderson and makes the painful process easy. For special treatments like my implant, Dr. Orlich is one of the best I had.
