the worse place i have ever been I am updating my review after 4 years So I'm here back after 4 years and they are still the most unprofessional They make wait 30 minutes outside and then when you remind them your appointment time they will take you inside and keep you an other one hour and when you tell them, they will tell we have only one doctor today and they were telling that 4 years ago

They give appointment to more than 20 people at the same time, you have to wait more than 3 hours and no parking, waiting area is full no place to set.

Linda really made me write a 5 star review, she is so professional, thorough and polite. All around a great person especially working around children, she eased all my worries along with the anesthesiologist Dr. Kim who took care of my daughter. I'm very pleased, they both made me feel as if they personally knew us. Thank you!

I wish there were the option to give zero minus for the office. Rude staff, super dirty, no respect and care . This office should be shut down!!!!

I have been coming to Crystal dental since my kids were little. We have the best experience with all the staff members they are very friendly, kind, and go above and beyond to help. Linda is amazing she is very sweet and explains anything that you don't understand regarding any procedures. They have the best crew members!

Just because of staff members !! the front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional,They do not know how to talk with patients If you can't change your behavior,Stay at home and try to change behavior, or take some classes of behavior! The stuff member are rude and they don't care about how to talk ! Please if you have kids please go somewhere else. I was trying to make appt of my daughter of filling ! I have appointment on Sep but dr. said make earlier ! I am trying to consolation appointment But they don't have consolation I was trying to call every week and they not give me any appt ! Last week they called me and they said come On Tuesday 10:30 am so Today was go there they said don't have any appointment like I took off my work and I went to the office then they said not have Appt even they said who called you then I show the phone record and they are confused ! I'm not going to this rude place again ! Unprofessional , no respect!

Ok had a 8 o'clock appointment second person there didn't get seen until late I was the only black person there and I really felt uncomfortable they was nice and treated everyone outside of myself respectfully seen other patients at a normal wait time so personally if your are not black it probably a better experience than the one I had oh and the kicker is I've been a patient since 2007 smh! But Black Lives Matter lol get real!

I have to sue doctor Kevin, Linda, the doctor I had appointment with for crown, and the person who stands in the from disk, I think he also speaks Arabic. I love Arabic and Arabs, but that office is going to kill you. That felt dr Kevin knew that my teeth is severely damaged and despite that he did the root canel on my teeth number three, I suffered form that for the whole year, bleeding and pain. He did not care wither I will die or stay alive he was just taking money from the root canel. Eventually, when I had my appt for crown, a female doctor told me that you have to extract your teeth because it is broken up to the end of your teeth root, I lost my teeth because of that felty Dr kevin. The US health department must be informed of that felty doctor and all the stuff that just want to steel your money not caring either you will die or not. After my appointment they just told me to leave the office and go to another dr to remove your teeth! Oh! Dr Kevin, Linda, the doctor I had appointment with for crown and the person standing in the front disk, that will be your end of career for the rest of your lives. They will kill you for steeling your money. Just wait for a few days ( Sue!!!!!). There are hundreds of reviews that agree with me and I have strong evidence!!!

I've been going here since 2014. I have medi-cal which covers x rays, regular cleanings, filings, and root canals. I've paid out of pocket for 1 deep clean in 2014. And I paid for 2 porcelain with metal crowns ($675 each). Sometimes they get behind and you have to wait 30 mins to an hour after your scheduled appt time to be seen but the staff is friendly and they are almost like family to me. One of my family friends works here as a dental assistance I love being able to visit with her here. Thanks Crystal Dental.

Wow!! This is the worst dentist office in Sacramento. Please if you have kids please go somewhere else. They don't care at all about their patience. My daughter has been trying to get her fillings for a whole year. I just called the next available appointment they have is not until August. By than it would be to late. Switching to another better dental office. They should be shut down. The dentist are rude and they don't care about hurting their patience.

I actually love for the most part most of the staff. Josh and Annette there is a couple more guys however for the life of me i can't remember their names right now... but they are out of this world wonderful!! However the doctor that is the "specialist" is rude, disrespectful, offensive, and needs to lose his license. The office manager Linda is also very rude and disrespectful I'm not sure how she still works in this office. I exchanged words with her a couple of years ago and than again today. You go to her to talk about a problem and she immediately gets defensive and rude no matter how you approach her. My children have been coming here for years and have loved their care but after the "specialist" behavior and comments today my children won't be returning. It's a sad day when you have a dental office a child likes going to and than 1 or 2 adults in the office ruin it.

My 5 year old developed a cough after being sedated. I'm taking him to urgent care he was perfectly healthy before going to the dentist. This place is no good. All about money dont care for the patients.

I was a bit apprehensive about this place. My concerns were not justified. Dr. Godfrey is simply the best! Update 1/14/22. Dr Phan did my second needed crown this morning. I am so happy with her work, very precise and detailed-oriented. I went through 4 dental offices, which I will not name, before I was lucky enough to find Crystal Dental. I am thrilled with their pricing and ecstatic with the results. Yes parking can be difficult, and I can see a few problems with the front office. Office managers are hired exactly because they can be just as rude to you, if you are rude to them, Staff or Doctors. This office provides great dental care at an affordable price. I still give them 5 stars.

I've been coming here for years now the staff is wonderful the dentist are great and used to be a long wait time but now I only wait up to 10 minutes but I usually get seen within like five minutes of getting there I always have a great experience and I love the staff I highly recommend this dentist office
