I had gone here for annual cleanup but they asked me to come for two appointments, made me wait 30 mins for each appointment and did 3 D X-ray only. I was asked to come again for the actual cleanup and told the second appointment was actually for the clean up but he only discussed my X-rays and didn't want to clean up because it was close to closing time by the time he finished explaining my X-rays. I was told it will be two appointments because the insurance will charge more if done in one appointment. I expected cleanup to At least be done in the second appointment which was never done. I am not coming back here because I feel they over book patients and make us wait. Our time should also be valued.

Son got sent home from school because his teeth hurt so bad. He's here crying and shaking in such pain. Doesn't that count as an emergency? I guess not! The closest he'll see him is close to 4 hrs later. And we're returning customers. Not new.

I highly recommend avoid going here. One day, I asked the doctor to pull out one of my teeth. In the course of the procedure, my tooth got broken and the tooth's root has remained. And then, he said he can not remove the root because he needs some special tool but the tool in under repair. He then just called for another doctor and forward me to him. I had to drive to the new doctor's office with my mouse anaesthetized. I don't understand how the doctor could accept a patient in such a unprepared condition. And also, in the course of pulling out the tooth, he had me take 3D x-ray scan on my whole face without telling me that is needed. I don't know why I had to be exposed to such a high-density x-ray just for pulling out one tooth. Later, I found out that he charged the x-ray cost on my dental insurance plan without telling me Perhaps, he didn't tell me because he would have thought I wouldn't notice as there is no patient's cost.

I absolutely love coming to Crystal Dental. I used to live in Milpitas, but moved 30 minutes away. But I continue to come here for myself and my son because the service is excellent. I have become more knowledgeable about how to care for my teeth because Dr. Jeong explains everything. He and the staff ate also so friendly and fun. My son loves coming to the dentist! I would highly recommend Crystal Dental for your teeth care.

I've been going to Crystal Dental for over 10 years now and will continue to! Dr Jeong is great and he/his staff are very friendly and have a fun office atmosphere. They have advanced technology too that make it easy and painless to get x-rays and such.

I've been going to Dr. Jeong for over 10 years now and is the best dentist I've ever had. Not only is he trustworthy but also is humorous. There's never a time I leave the office with any questions about my teeth or his jokes. If you're looking for an honest dentist and a friendly face to talk to, Dr. Jeong is your dentist.

I love getting my teeth done here. Everyone is very accommodating with your schedule. When it's time to book an appointment. In addition to that the staff is very friendly and kind. Furthermore, there music selection is fantastic. I highly recommend getting your teeth done here.

Don't go here. The doctor will seduce you to take an unnecessary 3D x-ray scan.

This review has been long over due! I have been a patient of Dr. Jeong for over 10 years now, and I have nothing but great things to say. Right from entering the lobby to check in, all the way to the end of my visits I am always ensured that I am welcomed, made comfortable, and left extremely satisfied with my overall dental care. Over the years, I've had tooth fillings/crowns, a dental implant, teeth whitening and Invisalign done and It's because of his great work that I have built so much confidence with my smile and which I could not have been any more happier with! Dr. Jeong certainly pays A LOT of attention to detail, is very honest, and listens to any concerns you may have. He makes sure you have the BEST care possible, and I couldn't ask for anyone better! Not to mention, the staff here is super friendly and professional, and his office is always kept clean and tidy. Technology here is also up to date and top notch! I will continue to see Dr. Jeong, and highly recommend him!

Dr. Jeong and the staff at Crystal Dental are so friendly and funny. All their services are top notch, from a simple cleaning to treating TMJ. The massage dental chairs are also a nice plus.
