The dentist was super rude, very distasteful and terrible bedside manners. I needed an emergency fix before starting my new job and she stated that she didn't have much time for me. Very rude and unprofessional!! I will advise all to find another dentist and don't waste your time coming here. Waste of time.

I was treated as a priority which I appreciate so much.There is nothing worse than being pulled in and sitting in the room waiting forever. Everyone was so kind. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Hatampa and her staff was extremely helpful and caring. Dr, Hatampa was very patient with me and cared about my concerns and well-being. It's great when you get a Dr. that will listen to your concerns! Thank you!!

Dental hygiene techs are very friendly. Minimal wait and the high tech equipment is a nice touch

All very professional and competent. My only complaint is the choice of piped in music. A little easier listening or some lighter music would calm the person down instead of hyping them up.

I am a patient who needed emergency work due to a chipped front tooth. I waited for about an hour before seeing a dental assistant. I was told that I would have to get a crown, to which I agreed. The temporary crown they gave me is two shades lighter than my other teeth so I was dissatisfied with the color since it is my front tooth. I called to speak to the dentist, Dr. Hatampa, and was told she would get back to me within 24 hours. I have not received a call from the office at all, so I am very disappointed.

I had a Crown come off and they set squezzed me in on a aturday to repair. Very nice doctor and very accommodating staff.

I typically love the dentist! This one made me reconsider. The lack of empathy was palpable. Dr. Hatampa in High Point,NC hit my nerve not once but twice trying to give me a numbing shot. She is rough and has no chair side manners.She would be a great fit as a military dentist, where you take what you get for a dentist. It took hours literally to be prepped for a temporary crown. I sat in the chair waiting for her. It was the same for the permanent crown. I have had several crowns and none have taken this long. After the permanent crown was placed she said I might have needed a root canal but we could do that later. Nope! New dentist next week for the tooth ache in that tooth.

I came in a t 10am for a cleaning. the dentist saw that I needed a new crown for a tooth, She said that we can go ahead and get the crown started. She went ahead and did all her work in grinding the tooth. She then left me with an assistant to do the temporary and fit it on. she worked on doing it a long time and the fit was not very good. when I come back I want the dentist to make the fit for my tooth and put it on I finally left at 2:30

I am a first time patient..From the time I entered the office, until I left; I was pleased with the kindness & concern of the staff and Dr Chasity..They were very knowledgeable & professional.

Went in for exam/X-ray felt very rushed and not welcome at all, left had no clear explanation of what was going on with my tooth, went to a different dentist right after that a family member goes to, much better experience I felt welcomed and most importantly cared for. Do not waste your time at ideal dental, or your money

Facility was clean and staff was friendly. I had my family of 5 who has been under regular dental care for more than a decade go here because our last dentist retired. I withheld my opinion until all of us had been seen. This group wanted to do over $35000 worth of dental work on my family. I personally feel this is excessive and I will be seeking a second opinion.

No problems. Hygienist and Dr. Hatampa pleasant and thorough. I had to wait 10 or so minutes after my appointment time (9 am). I was told to arrive 15 b/f appointment, so that made it about a 20 min. wait (I got there 10 min early) That's why only 4 stars.
