Don't go here. Run fast and hold your wallet! Get a second opinion before you give them a dime. Money grab scam company.

So I haven't actually been in yet, but leaving a review based on the experience that I just had with one of their scheduling people. I was supposed to have an appointment this afternoon, but woke up this morning feeling very under the weather. Since I am unsure if it's Covid and just out of general courtesy for their staff, I wanted to reschedule my appointment. Not that it's anyone's business, but I'm currently between jobs and about to start a new one, so asking for time off immediately is not something I would like to do, so I asked the lady to please check for an available appointment on a Friday after 2pm since I will be off. Unfortunately, the next available one is a month away, but I was understanding. The woman then asked me "can I trust you to show up?" Ummm... excuse me? I have half a mind to call back and cancel my appointment. In fact, I think that I will; but I wanted to let management know that this just happened to me and give them the opportunity to make it right. There are plenty of other dentists near me and I by no means have to come here, I was just going to do so to try out a new place. Please train your staff to not speak to anyone this way. I'm very offended and feel very disrespected. I've never been treated like this when I've had to reschedule due to circumstances outside of my control. I don't think I'll be coming here in the future.

First visit itself was fine. They overcharge for their procedures with unnecessary cash charges not covered by insurance. As a physician myself I was disappointed while trying to get a copy of my medical records. They gave me incomplete records of my visit and images. Tried to do it over the phone 3 times never got the release form and had to come in on my day off to get it sorted out. Hygienist and dentist were fine. Front desk operations can make or break your practice and I thought that aspect was heavily subpar.

It was a tough day for us and i had called in to see if the folks out there can get us in for a quick tooth Extraction and without hesitation they checked us in and Dr.Rahman - Wow! No words to describe the way extraction was done and do the detail with ZERO inconvenience to us. EXPERT DOCTORS with excellent customer service. Have scheduled subsequent appointments for all my family members for all sorta dental care. I would call these guys my PRIMARY DENTAL CARE.

Awful first experience. This was a far cry from a friendly, patient-focused, comfortable visit. The negatives: - Paper forms. Why not give an option for online forms? - Old looking equipment, sad looking rooms. Took way too long to get x-rays. - Consultation: I had fillings done in Mar 2022, 6 MONTHS AGO. Immediately this dentist claims I need 2 crowns and another filling. Was not comfortable around this dentist. Also, each crown on 2 separate days? For my "comfort" they claimed. I just realized they would have wanted to do the filling on a 3rd visit. MONEY GRAB. - Cleaning: The most painful cleaning I've ever received. My gums are still bleeding hours later. The hygienist also ran out of water mid-cleaning (????) Read the negative reviews. Get a second consult. If your gut is telling you something is off, don't go back.

Went in for a double root canal. Staff was friendly. Dr. seemed very skilled and was super informative. Service was reasonably quick and painless. Pricing seemed reasonable. The whole experience made me feel kind of silly for waiting so long to get it taken care of.

Lots of surprises from this office. We went in for a regular cleaning and the insurence was not verified before we came in. So we were there for an hour total, most of the time waiting for verification of insurance. Only had X-rays and an examination, no cleaning done. They had taken 2D, 3D and introral x-rays not covered by insurance besides the panoramic images. We had to call three times to get the images. Worst experience ever!

Very disorganized office management and crown fitting poor. Lack of communication between the offices on Hedgecox and the Plano Loft office consistently occurred. I had a crown done. The first fitting had a bump so after I had the prep to place it, the dentist agreed that another one should be made. I had the 2nd one made fitted, and a month later they called to say my crown was ready. I informed them I already had the procedure done. As a result, they made 3 crowns. I returned to my former dentist and he said it was very large and not quite fitted to the gumline correctly. As a result, I sometimes have sensitivity when I floss. My last visit there was for a cleaning at the Loft office, but when I got there it was closed. Fortunately, the Hedgecox office said they would do it that day. The Hedgecox office informed me that I needed a deep cleaning. I was informed it would take two visits and insurance didn't cover it. The cost would be $450 per visit...total $900. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I returned to my former dentist and didn't say anything about a deep cleaning. The hygienist said my gums looked great and that I did have some tartar, but nothing too concerning. I do not recommend this office. They appear to push unnecessary dental work and the crown fittings are poor. I do not trust Crystal Dental.

I keep trying to give this place my business but the front desk refuses to call my insurance to verify my coverage they say they need a group number when I have them all the info to just call funny I went to another dental office and got verified in minutes with the same info I gave this place you can tell them your in pain but it's too much trouble for them to go out of their way to accommodate you thumbs down

Overall experience was not good. I don't recommend facility where focus on making money rather than on service. They took around 15-20 X-rays (3D, Panaromic) and tried to convince me for their recommendation and visit every 3 months and pay hefty amount that I refused. I don't think they even cleaned anything after that. They kept estimating how much they can get from me! UPDATE: Just now was checking my dental statement where I see another surprises that they don't cover 3D X-ray, Even I told them in advance I dont want any surprises. I called them about the payment but they disconnected saying calling me back that I never got!!! Worst facility.
