I would recommend Dr. Hagan and his wonderful staff to anyone! I had to have teeth extractions done and requested to be sedated through an IV, which has always been a painful experience every time I've had to have one, so I was very nervous. I've NEVER had anyone get an IV started on me on the first try (stubborn veins), but Dr. Hagan did it and with practically no discomfort at all! It was an absolute breeze! He had it placed before I even knew it was done! The procedure was quick and efficient and painless and the staff was very kind and thoughtful. Dr. Hagan even goes so far as to provide a direct cell number to him just in case I had any questions or concerns after the procedure. If you are nervous about your procedure, don't be. You will be in excellent hands!!! Thank you, Dr. Hagan and Staff, for caring about your patients and going above and beyond!!

Was so worried about getting my wisdom teeth out but the amazing staff and Dr. Hagan made it so much easier for me. They comforted me while also giving me amazing care. Couldn't have asked for a better place to go to, to have this done. Was given a gift card to get a milkshake after and Dr. Hagan called to check on me. Wonderful practice.

My tooth extraction yesterday was a most positive experience, owing to Dr. Hagan's care and the excellent staff. I'd rather not have to do this again, but should the need arise, I would be at their door again. And I would certainly recommend the practice. Just one indicator of the care was a phone call from Dr. Hagan, at 9:00 last night, to check in with me, to se how I was doing.

Had my wisdom teeth removed here and Dr. Hagan and his team are some of the best. They eased my fears and anxieties about the surgery and were very attentive throughout the entire process. Everyone at the office was extremely kind and helpful. After my surgery, I leaked blood on my shirt and a hygienist took me back and helped me clean up so it wouldn't stain my shirt. When I got home, Dr. Hagan checked up on me periodically and answered my questions. This team really goes above and beyond for their patients. You'll be in great hands.

Dr. Hagan, Michele and Kate as well the rest of the Crystal Coast Oral Surgery office were amazing. If google had 6 stars I would give them the extra star. They fitted my surgery in with my schedule at work as well as the follow ups. They were kind and reassured me during my nervousness that they would take good care of me and they did. They were amazing during my post op appointments and answered all my questions. They are super friendly and treat you like a person not just a patient. I highly recommend this office! Thank you all!

Have had to have 4 teeth out that were in very bad shape. He is the best oral surgeon ever. The office staff is marvelous and so caring. 2 of the teeth were broken up into the gum and the others har root canals and caps and were old. He is so

I just had a tooth extraction done yesterday. Dr Hagan and his staff are awesome! I was really nervous, and they really went out of their way to make me feel at ease. They were even joking with me during the procedure, which really helped. I highly recommend them.

I went in with a broke tooth that had turned upward in my jaw which was a very difficult procedure from what I had read and seen on Youtube. Dr Hagan finished getting the remainder of the tooth and root out in 10 minutes. Sutured me up and 5 hours later there was no oozing. No pain one day later and it was nice to get a call checking to make sure everything was ok. Staff was very attentive. Thanks every body.

Dr Hagan and his staff were very accommodating. They made my procedure as comfortable and painless as it could be. I didn't so much as feel the IV. Dr Hagan personally called to check on me and was genuinely concerned of my well being. This group is the tip of the spear in their craft. I can't say enough good things.

This went so well I'm tempted to return to have more teeth removed!! Just zero problems or discomfort, little after bleeding, all-in-all a great experience! Everyone worked hard to make you comfortable and relaxed!

My dentist made the appointment for my daughter since they didn't call for 5 months after the referral was given to them. I was unaware until after I had the appointment and was asked to sign a treatment plan they they were not in network with my insurance. ( if I would have known that I would have not made the appointment!) I didn't plan on returning for treatment so I did sign the treatment plan. I wrote in telling that I believed the person wasn't kind and expected me just to know they were out of network. I would of preferred to pay the bill right there rather than waiting till a month later. I called to explain this and the person on the phone I feel misunderstood what I was trying to say. I will not allow dentist to schedule any future appointments for my family and we didn't get any helpful advice from going in for this appointment to make it worth having a bill...

I recently had major dental surgery at Crystal Coast Oral & Facial Surgery in New Bern NC. From the initial consultation to the pre-op instructions, surgery and post op care, I have been most impressed!! Dr Hagen and his staff have been the most caring and professional dental services I have ever received anywhere. My procedure involved multiple extractions, complicated by my other health issues. Dr Hagen and his staff (especially Michele) recognized my nervousness immediately and reassured me every step of the way. After the surgery, I was concerned about the bleeding. Dr Hagen (and Michele) saw me immediately and relieved my concerns. 1 Day post op I was still a little concerned (bleeding or seepage). Once again, Dr Hagen saw me immediately and and assured me everything was going very well. Post op[ day 2, I feel much better and look forward to a full recovery from surgery. No bleeding, seepage or pain! I would recommend Dr Hagen and his staff highly for any dental surgery needs. While I hope I don't require any additional procedures, It would be a pleasure (well almost) to have it done By Dr Hagen an Staff.

My husband had an emergency this morning and Dr Hagan saw him immediately. The staff is amazing and Dr Hagan was wonderful. We are so glad our dentist sent us to Crystal Coast Oral & Facial Surgery.

Absolutely wonderful! I've been putting my wisdom teeth removal surgery off for about 10 years+ because I have just been really nervous about it. I've had a consultation with an oral surgeon before, but it didn't feel quite right. However, since being in a lot of pain, I decided to go for it. As soon as I spoke with the super sweet receptionists, I felt confident, but upon meeting Dr. Hagan, I knew he was the surgeon for me. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He assured me and answered all of my questions. Day of, the surgery was nothing; I didn't know why I had always been so nervous! The nurses/techs made me feel especially comfortable. I even had questions a few days later and Dr. Hagan squeezed me in to make sure everything was ok; which it was. Don't go anywhere else! You have to go to Crystal Coast! Dr. Hagan and all of the ladies were just absolutely amazing. Thank you all so very much

I had my wisdom teeth out today and the entire staff was completely amazing. Dr. Hagan was very kind and even called to check up several hours after the surgery. I obviously was under anesthesia so I don't remember everything perfectly but I definitely made them laugh and they treated me very well.

I've never been fond of visiting the dentist but the team at Crystal Coast Oral and Facial surgery center may change my overall attitude. Dr. Hagan and the entire staff made me feel at ease and totally comfortable with a process that could be traditionally uncomfortable. I am very thankful I was referred to this office for my implant procedure and would not hesitate to use the team again if the need arises.
