The office is beautiful and Dr. Sarah is alsways AMAZING and kind hearted so from the time you walk in the door the aesthetics feel intentionally calming and pleasant experience. I was greeted with a smile immediately when I entered, and the staff who I consider my friends ALWAYS makes being there un intimidating and as pleasurable an experience.They make sure I'm comfortable & give me tips on how to continue to take care of my oral hygiene. Far drive for me from where I live but its worth it and looking forward to seeing them again!

I get excellent care and top service every single time. Dr. Sarah and staff are very, very friendly! I'm glad someone told me about this Dentist! Best Dental Care ever with state of the art equipment, comfortable office, and an expert staff! I'm very happy! I recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

I had made an appointment & came in for routine cleaning. There office was old, outdated & filthy. I was rescheduled for another 3 weeks out due to them not even being equipped with an X ray machine. I asked their staff to call my dental insurance provider to verify my coverage because I hadn't gotten my card, on the day I was rescheduled. I was given a routine call to see if I'd be making it in for the next appointment. I asked again for them to call & verify dental coverage so there would be no confusion on their end on payment. Their receptionist flat out refused to call, although it's well within her job description & was very nasty to me as well. I will never take my daughter to this office again or attempt to make another appointment for myself. The staff is rude & extremely unprofessional. By the look & feel of their office I may have gotten an infection anyway. Highly recommend doing a bit of calling around to any other dentist in your area.

I originally was giving a 5 stars but i changed to 2 stars In the beginning it was hard to get ahold of this place to make an appointment. Even when i did, i kept being pushed off to another day. After the 3rd appointment i was about to be pushed to, the dentist called me herself. She had some things happen that i overlooked and understood so i was ok to change to one more day past and then go in. She is a very nice person, sweet, energetic. But her place is the only place listed that takes medicaid insurance according to medicaid. I called medicaid back and told them she doesn't do root canals which is confusing because what i know about endodontists is that they do root canals. She referred me out to another place that doesn't take my insurance and suggested to go back to her for applying the crown. As helpful as i know she was trying to be, i needed a place that does root canals and that takes my medicaid insurance. I had made a phone call here and was told she would call me back in 2 hours. After waiting, i decided to call medicaid back and let them know (since they were the ones that referred me), she doesn't do root canals and I asked for an endodontist. They apologized and said they will look into making corrections in their system while they found me an endodontist which the closest place to Nashville is 3 hours out so unfortunately that is where i have to go now. I kept trying to call in hopes someone would answer but it's ok. Things happen for a reason and I'm just glad medicaid was able to find a place that answers and takes my insurance even if it's a drive out.

Are you guys open? Iv called every day atleast 5 times and emailed with no response. The phone rings and it gets hung up and its a differ Amount of rings so someone is definitely hanging up. I just have some questions. This is so frustrating!

I absolutely love this place! When calling to schedule an appointment for my children Ms. Shantae has always been very nice patient with me. I sometimes get my dates mixed up and have to make repeated changes. She has always been understanding and nice when having to make these changes. I often ask for her when calling because I know she'll take care of me without any hesitations. Thanks Ms. Shantae for all you do!

Going to the dentist is my least favorite place to go but, when I do go, I look forward to interacting with Shantae. She's super personable and relatable. She is genuinely warm and funny.

When calling to schedule my appointment I'm always nervous. Ms. Daniels always give me words of encouragement. This woman always have a positive attitude. I know it can be hard with COVID here and yet she still does an amazing job!

The secretary is rude!! Calls my phone and hang up when I answer my phone!! So Childish!! Will never go here!! Or wouldn't recommend this Ghetto place!!

I really like Crystal Clear Family Dentistry. When I scheduled a dental appt. a receptionist by the name Shantae helped me tremendously. She was very friendly, and professional. She made the patients feel so comfortable. Considering coming to a dentist office is never fun for children, it could be quite scary even for adults. So I would like to thank Shantae and Crystal Clear Dentistry for such a comfortable experience. Thanks

I would like the time to send kudos to Crystal Clear Family Dentisry. Being a very busy mom with 4 kids to make sure they have healthy dental visits Shantae always make sure we make our appointments and help keep me and the kids on track. She's very pleasant and make our appointments a success

Was very uncertain about getting much needed dental work done. However, I overcame my fears and decide to call Crystal Clear. Spoke with Shantae on the phone and she was such a pleasure to encounter!! She made me feel so comfortable just by being on the phone with her, I got over my fears and made appointment and the rest is history! I have now got a fellow coworker to go also here just because Shantae. She is amazing!!

Shantae is such a pleasure to speak with on the phone when calling this business. She makes you feel welcome and when you come in for appt, she greets you with a warm smile and welcome. If you looking around for a dentist, I would high suggest Crystal Clear just because of Shantae alone!! She is outstanding and makes a great first impression for the business! Need more smiling faces in the world like Shantae! thanks so much for making us feel welcome when coming in!
