I rarely leave reviews but my dental office definitely deserves the praise! I was lucky when I called Crystal Canyon Family Dental for a dental emergency. They were able to get me in the same day to take x-rays and fix my tooth. I can not tell you how relieved I was that I did not have to spend another day in agony waiting to come back in. I have been dealing with bad teeth my whole life. And it wasn't until I came here that I was given an actual diagnosis that was right. It was ACID REFLEX!! Not just genetics like every other dentist has said to me in the past. He literally saved my teeth and smile. No more new cavities now that I have that problem under control. Now I only come in for cleanings and filing replacements from years and years ago. Every experience after that first appointment has been just as wonderful. From the time you walk in the door and you're greeted by your first name (without her even looking at the computer). It just makes you feel so welcome. And let's not forget the way Dr. Freeman spontaneously hums songs that are on while he works away on your mouth. Definitely makes you feel reassured that he is confident, and qualified to do whatever procedure he is preforming on your teeth. You can absolutely tell he is in his element and this is his calling. But that is not the only thing that makes you feel at ease. The comfort level is like nothing I have ever experienced. They offer you a neck pillow to use while lying back to watch the TV that is mounted to the ceiling. Which is such a nice distraction especially if you have anxiety. And last but not least what dentist and dental assistant care about your eyelash extensions???? MINE, that's who! They actually roll a piece of gauze up and put it in between the bridge of your nose and the protective glasses to make sure that your eyelashes aren't smashed or hitting the lens. I can't thank the Crystal Canyon Family Dental Team enough for giving me the best care possible. And also, for seeing me the day before my trip last week and fixing my cracked filling so that I could fully enjoy my vacation! If you are hesitant to switch don't be. I promise you won't regret it. He cares about your teeth as much as you do if not more.

My experience with Crystal Canyon Dental has been very positive. The staff is very kind and friendly. Their professionalism helped me to relax, and I found out most of the pain associated with dental work was imaginary. The dentist and all of his associates are awesome, I highly recommend them.

Dr Freeman and his staff are amazing. Never have I gone to a dentist that does everything possible to make you comfortable and relaxed tells you what they are going to do before they do it would absolutely recommend Crystal Canyon to anyone anxious about the dentist.

This is my 5th or 6th visit. I love the Dentist and people who work there. They are very friendly from the front desk to the dental assistance, the lady that does the cleaning? Which i have fell asleep on her, and actually with the dentist, thats how great they are. Love the singing dentist. Give me a blanket and sunglasses and i can take a nap.
