Very friendly, kind and knowledgeable! I totally trust their advice. A few years ago I went to a dentist that said I needed a root canal. I went to Crutchfield for a second opinion. They recommended I try a night guard and it completely took away they pain!

The DDS crutchfield are amazing!! i have really bad anxiety about doctors appointments and had a couple negative experiences at a previous dental practice. Both doctors explained everything really well during my two procedures and I felt comfortable and listened to. I can't say i look forward to a dental procedure but i'm definitely more confident and at ease. Thank you!

My daughter was very pleased with Dr. Carlsie's excellent treatment. She was surprised that she felt no pain during and after the treatment. Even though my daughter is afraid of dental procedures, felt she could trust Dr. Carlsie. Also the staff helped us in a very efficient way.

The greatest, most comfortable dental office I've had the pleasure of being a patient of. The Dr.'s Crutchfield are consummate professionals with an impeccable chairside manor with a great professionalism whom takes a thoughtful, caring approach to servicing their patients and takes the time to tbouroughly explain in laymens terms the treatment plan on each occasion I visit their beautiful facility. The Crutchfield Dental Group has a patient for life!

Lovely office full of lovely people. Dr. Carlsie was was on point. She knew right away what my teeth issues were. I've been to several dentist through the years and not one of them diagnosed me the way she did. She comes highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful people! All of the staff was very nice. I was very nervous about trying a new dentist, after about 40 years with my other one, but after going there I am excited to have found one that I absolutely love! I highly recommend Dr. Crutchfield.

I want to first start off and say that it had been years since I last saw a dentist. I knew I needed to get work done. I came across Crutchfield Dental and saw nothing but positive reviews. I called them and spoke to a very kind dental assistant. I told her I was nervous and she answered every single question without judgement. We landed on a cleaning date and I actually felt good about it. The day of my appointment, the dental assistant greeted me and reviwed all of the paperwork. She offered a beverage and answered more questions... again... without judgement! The dental tech called me back and before doing anything, asked questions to get to know me and asked how I was feeling. She took time explaining the process and what she was going to do. We started with x-rays and even when I gagged, she would give me time to breathe Another tech came in and was the same way. They were telling hilarious stories and I felt more and more comfortable. My teeth and my nerves were already in better condition. Dr. Carlsie came in. She introduced herself, asked me questions. She was completely understanding, actively listening and super compassionate. She reviewed the outside of my mouth and neck, reviewed the inside of my mouth and even said she was going to be throwing out some dental jargon to the tech to take notes. She never poked or proded, she never once made me feel guilty, and was patient when I asked questions. Afterwards, we decided to review next steps and made a separate appointment for a dental consultation. During the consultation with Dr. Carlsie, she showed me the x-rays and we discussed what my dental health goals were and the work we would need to do to get there. First things first, removing my wisdom teeth and an unfortunate decaying tooth. I was HELLA nervous but she explained everything. Her end goal was one, not to spend thousands of dollars and two, she wanted me to be as comfortable as possible. So, fast forward to the week of my wisdom teeth removal. The dental tech called and went over all the steps. I told her how nervous I was so she spoke to the operating dentist, Dr. Carl and he prescribed anxiety medication for me. The night before the appointment, Dr. Carl called me. He introduced himself and said he wanted to be sure that I had time to ask him anything. I told him about my anxiety, my fears and again, without judgment and complete understanding... he answered and walked through everything. Ill be honest, before his call, I was a MESS of anxiety but afterwards, I could feel the nerves but my mind was in a 10x better place. The day of the appointment, I took my anxiety meds and they kicked in reallll nice. When I arrived, Dr Carl came out and introduced himself to my husband. When I got back into the room for the procedure, everything was set up. They put a blood pressure cuff and an oximeter on me. Dr. Carl then explained that he was going to insert the IV. This was the part I dreaded. The first time, unfortunately my veins decided they were not going to cooperate so he had to use a different arm. I wont lie, minus a little pinch... it did not hurt. And after that pinch, I remember nothing. I remember certain questions but no pain, no sounds... just fuzzy images. When the procedure was complete, they made sure I could walk and stand up and helped walk me to the car. I'm on the other side of it now. They sent me home with clear instructions on what to do and how to take the after care medication. Y'all. I cannot recommend this office and these two incredible dentists enough. You can tell they are trying their hardest to change the way patients feel about their dentists and they mean everything they say. If you are nervous or feeling unsure, take a deep breath and call them. Their goal is to make you feel comfortable and judgment free. They don't just say those things, the whole office team actually does this. I'm excited to continue my journey and wouldn't not be in this space without Dr Carl, Dr Carlsie, and their team of incredible humans. Thank you x38397383!

Very professional atmosphere, the most skillful dentist I have had, I hardly feel pain with the shots when doing dental work and everything is explained every step of the way so you understand what's happening. All the team members are very nice.

Awesome experience. The dentist Dr Crutchfield she really examined my mouth she checked my neck for swelling she's an exceptional dentist and I am sorry that it took me so long to find them

Crutchfield Dental Group has been the best experience I've had at a dental office in a long time. The receptionist , hygienist and the dental doctors was a pleasure to meet and talk to. All were very professional and very informative. Would recommend to friends and family. Definitely a dentist office I'll keep recommending!
