I was going to pass on writing this review as I hoped my treatment was a one-time thing, but out of all of my dental and orthodontic experiences in the US AND outside, this was the worst. I could ignore the cramped, dated office, the unpleasant attitude of the orthodontist, and the rush of the visit, but I simply cannot ignore that after all of that, I got a bill 3 MONTHS after I paid in full. I thought the front staff and dental hygienist were very kind, but when I went back, I wasn't greeted or addressed by the orthodontist at all. He just told me to open up and went in. I've gotten my permanent retainer repaired twice before, but this was the first, and I pray the only time, it was painful. I've never not been warned that a part of the procedure would be painful and if I did show signs of discomfort, accommodations would be made. This time, I was ignored for the majority of the procedure other than for the orthodontist to crudely remark about how my lip was too big and kept getting in the way. He shoved pieces of cotton in there and repeatedly adjusted my lip with an attitude. This was a first since my lip size has never been an issue for any other dental professional, and I doubt they've grown in the past 8 years without my knowledge, but hoping that my visit would be over soon, I waited as it took strangely long for the retainer to be sized and adhered to the back of my teeth. Simply put, the job was crude and so was the professional responsible for it. I have a top retainer that I don't feel in the slightest to compare to but the globs of glue holding my retainer in place were so large that it took days for my mouth to adjust. Not to mention that a chunk came off after a week and I had to trim the metal so it would stop poking me. After I was done, the orthodontist walked away without a word and I was given no further advice or tools, just rushed out to pay. When paying, the receptionist was very pleasant, I paid in full and left. I was not told there would be a bill coming after 3 months or that I did not pay the full amount, which I fully intended to pay as I was quoted a price on the phone months before I booked my appointment and confirmed it before AND after my appointment. All in all, I will make sure to stick with where I was recommended first. I now see why no one mentioned this business when suggesting QUALITY orthodontic practices in Elko.

Always pleasant and thorough teeth cleaning with helpful recommendations for keeping teeth and gums healthy. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Dr. Cruson has always been able to get me in very quickly whenever I have had a problem. I was in the same day I called because a crown fell out. Only took a few minutes to glue it back in. He always does a great job. And his staff is friendly and maintains the same high standards.

Everyone at Dr. Cruson's office is amazing they take the time to really understand and help in every way possible. I used to be terrified of the dentist but not here. Amazing I'd give 10 stars if I could.

They are, hands down, the best and have saved me from a lot of pain. Plus, they're kind, courteous, and always helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Update: Still going there 4 years later and refuse to go anywhere else. They're just that good.

The ladies in the office are always really friendly and Michelle the hygienist is very good at what she does and is super courteous!

First impression was a very clean and organized business and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff and those others were doing their work but had the time to say hello. I felt Dr. Cruson knows his profession and freely gives good advice, of course he was a nice guy as one would expect. First visit, great :)

Very thorough, professional and have put COVID precautions in place. Dr Cruson is very thorough in his work. Has great options and alternatives for dental care.

Didn't tell about anything they were doing, didn't respect my limitations. Wasn't friendly. I could go on and on. Bottom line is if you want a friendly denist that will respect your boundaries and be welcoming don't go to this guy.

I am from out of state, and I have braces. One of my brackets had come unglued, and Cruson Dental Arts was the only office that would see me. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for helping me.

My whole family have been patients of Dr Cruson for probably 23 years. I've been coming over from winnemucca for his care for approximately 18 years. No better dentist anywhere, the entire staff is incredible.
