they keep saying my insurance does not cover fill ins but when i call my insurance they are telling me it does.

I usually don't leave reviews but after reading so many negative comments and having my own experience I just wanted to say I've had a great experience here. They really take care of you!! I get really bad anxiety and I dont do well with pain at all... I had a bad tooth infection and had to do a root canal. Dr. Park and his assistant made sure i felt no pain through the whole procedure and I can honestly say that was the first time I went in for a procedure and had no complaints. I love my new dentist!!!

Absolutely Unprofessional After scheduling an appointment, I called to ask "if I can change the time an make it a bit earlier" but I couldn't. Then I went as scheduled but I was told that "I called and canceled my appointment". It seems the front desk does not understand English !!

What a joke! These people don't care about patients at all. The Dr (who is quite curt btw) is only in on Fridays, so forget getting a decent appointment time...even in emergency cases. The bedside manner is non-existent throughout the facility. For anyone with Medicaid, yes they take the insurance but you WILL be treated like a second-class citizen. Please go anywhere else but here!

I've always had great experiences with Cruse Dental. Very little time spent in the waiting room. The hygienists are attentive and friendly and do a thorough job with cleanings. Dr. Park does a good job of keeping an eye on my problem areas and only recommends fillings when necessary.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!! I GOT MY CAVITY FILLED AND IT WAS A DEEP CAVITY AND IT FELL OUT WITHIN A FEW DAYS NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH CAVITY FILLINGS AT ALL UNTIL I CAME HERE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT GO HERE

I was looking for a dentist because my wisdom teeth were bothering me. I called the Cruse Dental Center that morning. I was given an appointment for that same day. Dr. Park and his entire staff are amazing! Dr.Park realized that I needed a more complex tooth extraction, and he referred me to an oral surgeon. He explained everything to me as to why I needed the oral surgeon. Carina, you and the staff's awesome customer service is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your patience with me asking so many questions, and calling the office so many times. Thank you for the referral. Keep up the good work. If you're looking for a dentist in General Dentistry, go see Dr. Park and his amazing staff.

Such a great experience. They took my wisdom tooth out I did not feel a thing. I thought it was going to be worst, I thought it was going to be painful but it was nothing as I imagined. Everyone was kind and everything was nice and smooth.
