Dr. Clifford lives with his family in Crozet, Virginia and is excited to be opening Crozets first pediatric dental office. He is a board certified pediatric dentist who graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. He immediately completed a two-year Pediatric Dental Specialty program at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore.
In addition to Crozet Pediatric Dentistry, Dr Clifford also serves as an Associate Professor in Dentistry at the University of Virginia. Dr Clifford maintains operating room privileges at Augusta Health Medical Center as well.
Crozet Pediatric Dentistry strives to foster a community-based dental home for children and adolescents. Our office is integrated into a neighborhood that already fosters healthy living habits and a sense of community responsibility, both of which are personal goals for our pediatric dental office. We will promote outstanding oral health in a fun and technologically advanced environment that enables parents and children to become an integral part of their dental care. We motivate patients to take pride in their personal health, thus reducing the need for unnecessary dental treatment.
Crozet Pediatric Dentistry vows to become a pillar in our community by offering dental education to area educational establishments, partnering with local businesses for family friendly functions and by supporting local charitable organizations.

Been here a couple times and This is the most honest dental place for kids. The dentist gives you an honest advice on on everything and does not try to rip you off like other places. We drive 45 minutes and it's worth every minute. Thank you and let the Lord Bless you all.

Can't say enough good things. First time visit for my toddler and the staff was amazing. Super patient and communicative, and even let her pick a Netflix show to watch. Everyone made her feel very comfortable and anything cleaning wise was just for exposure with no pressure. Dr. Clifford was wonderful and did a thorough exam in a way that made her feel comfortable since she doesn't love brushing her teeth. My daughter definitely received high quality care and I'm sure she'll be excited when we come back in 6 months!

I called to set up an initial visit for my 18 Month old. The receptionist asked if I had insurance I said we had Optima-smiles for children. She said "oh we aren't taking that insurance" I replied, oh I'm sorry it said you did on the provider list I was given, she replied "Oh we do, we're just not taking any new patients with THAT insurance". Hmm. Good to know discrimination is alive and well in Crozet. It says on their website you can pay upfront and submit receipts for reimbursement but I wasn't even given that option. I guess they assume I wouldn't be able to pay.

There is no better pediatric dentist then Dr. Clifford and his staff. They actually care. The practice itself is streamlined so that there is little to no wait. Thank you Dr. Clifford and your staff for taking such good care of Braeden and Lillie. The dentist tends not to be fun but you make it so much easier!!!!! Keep up the awesome work!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Clifford. He cares deeply about what he does and makes every effort to make both the patient and parent feel comfortable and empowered. He treats our three young daughters in both their routine check ups as well as our accident-prone emergency visits. As a parent, I deeply appreciate how he takes time to explain the science behind each visit; our girls love him, and his staff goes above and beyond to help calm any dentistry nerves our little ones might have. I only wish I could see him too!

It's a great place I drove from waynesboro. Staff and dentist are great and friendly. My child has things to do while he waits as well. I'm from crozet so the faces are always familiar and they know me from knowing my mom. He is good worth my autistic brother as well.

We went to Crozet Pediatric Dentistry for my 6 year old son to have 2 fillings. I was deliberating about the hour drive, but heard they were good. I was REALLY worried about my son who has some anxiety. We did a consultation first to meet them. I had e-mailed them previously to let them know how my son reacts to people and they took every word into consideration which made the "meet the dentist" trip pleasant. When the day finally came to have the work done, I reminded my son of all the good things about the office. He really like the play area! He was scared at first, but Dr. Clifford and Kendra were AWESOME. They had more patience than any other dentist I've seen yet. They knew how to talk to my son to make him more comfortable. And they were FAST! No dilly-dallying. We arrived early and were taken right back. They got the work done without any stalling. We were done in about 30 minutes! I cannot say enough praise about this dentist and we will be willing to drive the hour to have any more work done. AWESOME! I will be recommending this office to anyone with small children!

Dr. Kevin Clifford was amazing! He put both my girls at ease. My four year old was nervous but he made her feel comfortable. Dr. Kevin told me several options about my older daughter's orthodontic needs and reassured me that I had time to decide. Both girls were excited and motivated by the points system and prizes. It was a visit worth the drive!
