I've only been going there for about six months, but I think this place is excellent. Everyone is pleasant, friendly. Office is very nice and clean. Dentists are very good and easy to talk to. They were even helpful in deciding on a dental insurance plan. Really happy I started going here.

My dental appointment was Excellent Makayla was so thorough and courteous. She provided me with a lot of good information on taking care of my teeth. She was a pleasure to be with. My dentist was so very very courteous and helpful as well. I will certainly recommend Crozet Family Dental.

On a recent visit I was told they would not do a regular cleaning without doing x-rays. Having had a full set of x-rays just over 1 year earlier and experiencing no problems, I left the office and will never return. Worst was the 'theater' of the hygienist going to 'speak with the dentist' when I refused x-rays. I watched-I did not see the hygienist talk to a dentist, but she returned shortly stating they would not do a cleaning without x-rays. X-ray machines have to be paid for, but this was a scam. This office, part of a sizable chain, is very slick, and with embracing this sort of scam perhaps better suited to used car sales.

Crozet Family Dental gets all five stars from me. Very well organized, with a clear focus on precautions during the current Covid crisis. State of the art equipment in an immaculate dental office. Outstanding staff all around. Anna is an exceptional hygienist.

Been attending here for 3 years and enjoyed the DRs. But the first appointment I was late for by 15 minutes (even though I confirmed the day before) they didn't take me in. I typically wait in the waiting room longer than 15 minutes when I'm on time. I guess only they can be late?

Finally I don't mind going to the dentist, Dr D and McKayla are great! They explain everything thoroughly about your treatment plan and they make you feel totally comfortable about being there.i have recommended several people to start using them

My mom had an extraction today with Dr Chaudry, the newest to join the team, and Noelle. What a phenomenal job! My 74 year old mother is still an anxious patient when it comes to the dentist. Dr Chaudry was super friendly and professional and made sure my mother was in no pain whatsoever before beginning the extraction. He made his expertise evident with his quick and smooth extraction! WOW! Noelle makes a dream team with him and they were in sync with all the tools and how she kept my mother comfortable during the procedure. My mother for the first time ever in her life can't wait to come back to the dentist and will specifically ask for Dr Chaudry once it is time for her to make her dentures. Thanks!
