In 2003, Bear Lake Community Health Center (BLCHC) opened its first clinic in Garden City, Utah. Since then, Bear Lake Community Health Center has grown to become a comprehensive home for quality health care services.
Our services have expanded to: family medicine, OB/GYN, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health services. With seven locations across northern Utah, southern Idaho, and Wyoming, Bear Lake Community Health Center continues to be the place of choice for high-quality health care services. Last year alone, we provided over 38,000 patient visits!
As an organization, we are committed to removing barriers that keep our patients and their families from receiving the medical help that they may need.
