Dr. Jorda is a kind, outgoing person who genuinely loves dentistry. He is compassionate, caring, & he shows a sincere level of concern for each & every one of his patients. When he meets new patients, he goes above & beyond to help them feel safe, comfortable, & important. He thrives on getting to know them & developing a long-term relationship with them. Seeing returning patients highlights his days in the office because he enjoys catching up with them & making sure they are feeling happy & confident about their dental health.

I am new to the area and couldn't find a dentist who would take me. Stopped in to Crown point dental care on a Sunday and they got me in the next day!!! Wonderful staff and great service. Thrilled someone thinks outside their box and offers long hours and weekends!! Will be going back

Clean dental office, but there could be "upselling" practices for unnecessary dental work or they may find something in the midst of a procedure that may cost $$$$. Also, customer service is great with the initial meet but once you don't buy into the "Upsell" dental work, they will push you out the door, figuratively speaking.

Rude inconsiderate front desk that will try to belittle you and not admit to their mistakes of not billing for the full treatment plan which leads to a misleading treatment plan that don't include all pricing. I didn't ask for a discount. I simply said Its unfair they refused to admit it was their mistake and proceeded to argue with me as a customer that should never happen.

I have been a patient for 10+ years. The staff and service just keeps getting better and better. The office has remained current with patient care and technological advances. I recommend Crown Point Dental Care without reservation.

Beautiful new office. Great professional staff. My hygienist is great as well as my dentist. Have been seeing them every 6 months for years. Would definitely recommend giving them a chance. They now have four dentist in the office.

A++!!! Very caring, knowledgeable and professional staff! From the front desk, to the hygienists, assistants and doctors all very friendly, attentive and helpful. They have late and weekends appointments hours (including Sundays!!!). Highly recommend this dental office!!

Had the BEST dental experience today! Thank you to my hygienist, Silsan for the most gentle and thoroughly dental cleaning. She and Dr Rodriguez answered all my questions, showed me pictures and explained everything. All the staff there are super friendly and nice. I have always been so anxious and nervous going to a dental office, but today for the first time, I felt so at easy and left there with a big smile. I couldn't be more happier to find this dental office! Thank you!!

Very nice people answer any questions you have. Went for a dental exam and cleaning for d a few problems and told me what the options are. They have later hours which is nice for people that have difficult schedules

This was my first visit there and it was great! I definitely recommend. The staff and Dr. Phillips were very personable, friendly and flexible with me. I was in a lot of pain and I appreciate that I was able to be seen on such short notice and get taken care of.

Such a amazing staff and office !!! They really just took care of me more than I could have ever asked for !!! It was a experience that would change the old saying of nothing like being in a dentist chair , actually felt comfortable and in good hands and for the working people they have hours to accommodate!!!

I can't say more about the staff and doctor! Just amazing! I had a toothache and called many dentist in the area and nobody had time for a week or more. I called crown point dental care and from the moment the women at the front desk answered it was the most warm and helpful welcome. They told me with no hesitation to come right over. From the moment I walked in the door it was so welcoming. From the front desk, assistant, and doctor I would give more stars if I could! Thank you for the amazing care! I definitely will be referring anyone I can there!
