Here I go again, about my expierence with Crown Dental. I have dentures now, and this is new to me. We'll they were hurting a little, and my dentist fixed the problem, and even put in a lining, which makes them very comfortible now. Guess I can't brag on them enough! They are AAAAA+++ in my book! Try them you'll see.

Kids used to love this dentist, and then they got a new head dentist who was very bad. My kid was getting her cavities removed, and the dentist left mid procedure to work on another patient. And about a month after the fillings the lady had put broke off half of her tooth. Choose somewhere better

Worst company ever, left my husband without completing his procedure at the very last visit for his dentures, DO NOT GO HERE for your dental needs. They don't even deserve one star

I really like everything about the crown dental in Tx City. They are all always so friendly and helpful. Both my daughter's go there and have since they were babies.

Dentist did not put my crown on correctly, then tried to charge me to just look at it. I didn't think that was right! I had to start all over with another dentist.

I have been visiting this dental office for almost more than 6 years. Recently when I visited their clinic, they suggested to get deep cleaning and filling for few teeth. Once the filling is done, I started getting heavy pain and visited another dentist, he told me they messed up my teeth while doing filling. Now I have to get the root canal done for my teeth. It used to be very good dental office. Not any more. they got new dentist and she screwed my teeth resulting heavy expensive root canal. their quality of their work is worst.recently I called their corporate office to complain about my situation, their management suppose to call me back to enquirer what happened to my case. But they never called me back. Stay away from this dental office. Their front desk people are very nice people but not the dentist

Amazing. I have had very bad teeth for awhile, so I was crazy nervous for my upcoming appointment. Thankfully the staff here made me feel at ease.

Why make appointment if there always behind. Also they are always booked this is the second time he get reschedule 3 months later for a checkup My son appointment is at 3pm they say it's going to be 30 minutes or 40 or less depends. That why I make appointment so I won't have to wait since I have other appointment or scheduled something else.

Crown dental can call you three times to confirm your appointment but not inform you of necessary paperwork to even be seen. Wasting my gas and my time just to reschedule the appointment cause they can't let you know in advance. They're terrible and I suggest going someplace else.

This is my first time coming here the atmosphere is very Christmasy lol i had an appointment for 10 I arrived late and it wasnt a problem they still accepted me so far soo good And i am pregnant and i feel soo relieved coming in here normally im nervous

I had one day off to get my dental and medical treatment. I scheduled the morning with this location. The staff was friendly and I thought the dentist did a good job. The equipment however is another story.once I got into my room and they started and the desk that folds over you and holds the tools was not working and just rested on my legs. Some other piece of equipment the assistant was trying to use was also broken. after xrays the doc explained what he thought was best for me and I agreed and paid for the procedure. Halfway through my deep cleaning someone stuck there head in and said the machine that makes the crowns was now broken and they informed me that they wouldn't be able to do that part today. I had already paid for it so I explained that this was my last day off for awhile and that I couldn't make it back in until late in the afternoon for a reschedule. I was told that If i could make it by 4:30 they could get it done. The next day when i found out when i could leave a little early to have them finish the job i called for an appointment. I was then told that where not going to allow me the 4:30 appointment. I asked for a refund and was told I had to come in to get it. I went on my lunch break and when I asked why after telling me they would allow the 4:30 appointment they told me that they could make an exception that 4 was as late as they would schedule and that it wasn't there fault that the equipment didnt work. I have an important job as well and I know that customer service is what keeps it going. If something goes wrong on my side I go the extra mile to make it right because I actually care about my customers. They did refund my money though and I am going to a different dentist, I would suggest you do the same you want some one that cares about you being a customer and has working equipment.
