Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

The staff was friendly and made the visit very comfortable. They explained everything they were doing and made sure it was understood. The front office ladies were helpful and knowledgeable....check us in quickly and made sure when we were finished with our appointment we were checked our quickly. Highly recommend this facility.

I think I received the best cleaning in my life at Crown Dental. I drove the 45 minutes from Jeff City to Linn Creek today, and Rene B. was my hygienist. She's extremely professional in demeanor and in the work she does. She looked at the x-rays periodically as she worked, which enabled her to see where tartar had built up on specific areas in particular, doing a thorough job of cleaning not just those areas, but all areas of my mouth. I've always tried to take care of my gums and teeth, avoiding soda/sweets, brushing twice daily, flossing, rinsing with a high quality anti-septic, having routine cleanings, etc., especially since my parents invested in having me wear braces as a kid, and I want to maintain a nice smile. However, I'm still a bit nervous seeing a hygienist or dentist, fearing that they'll be the bearer of bad news, that I'm not doing something right. Rene B. put me at ease, saying that aside from some tartar that needed to be removed, things looked good. Dr. Crystal Strickland is wonderful to deal with as well, also reassuring me that my mouth looked good. I didn't tell them this, but I worked out at a gym in Osage Beach before going to the appointment, and I ran into a patient of theirs who told me he's invested thousands for dental work at Crown and has apparently been satisfied with their work as well. Thanks Crown Dental for making my experience go well today, and, as you know, I'll be back since I already scheduled my next cleaning in September.

Posting for my mom who went in with tooth sensitivity issues looking for a solution. Dr Austin at Crown Dental did an absolutely beautiful job putting veneers in. She was worried they wouldn't look natural but the dentist was able to match her existing teeth as far as color and size. Great results would highly recommend!!

I would recommend Dr. Austin and Crown Dental to anyone needing a dentist. Not only were the staff and the facility incredible, but Dr Austin was AMAZING. He took his time and made sure that I was happy before I left. My smile is amazing, which in turn has made me feel just as amazing. I don't know how I can truly thank Crown Dental and their staff for my self confidence back. You all are amazing!

I went to Crown for the first time to get my annual cleaning and xrays. The hygienist did a great job and told me what she was doing the entire time . I had concerns about the gums around chipping bridge. Dr Crystal (her first name) addressed the issue with the least invasive practice. I also had an issue with food constantly getting caught between two teeth. The Dr is going to fill the space like a cavity procedure. I was quite pleased

I had been going to the same dentist for 20+ years. The doctor and office became much more about profit than about patient care. I sought out another, family owned place. Crown Dental has exceeded all expectations. Patient care is the center of the practice. I always feel welcome and the hygienists are very knowledgeable. The font desk is friendly.
