Just had an extraction done about an hour ago, and let me tell you the Doctor and his assistance were so nice and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Absolutely NO pain when he took the tooth out. Staff was very nice. I would definitely go here again if I need anything done.

needs to improve punctuality, my appointment was at 3 pm and they put me up until 3:50 pm. I think that one can wait 15 minutes but more than 30 minutes that does not give a good presentation

Had appointment schedule since the beginning of the month of April got it scheduled for April 28th, showed up they didn't even asked for a name when they said they tried calling us stating they where either out of power outage, or They where short staffed or doctor wasn't here. So idk which one was it but she front lady gave me 3 different reasons. Wanted to reschedule and they don't have anything till the end of NEXT MONTH? I was first time patient and will DEFINITELY not be coming back.

I explained that. I have a lot of teeth to extract. Expressed how this doesn't feel right. They seen I was pain but kept reassuring me that just raise your left hand. Felt that the Dr and Assistant may have been laughing. On the fact I couldn't take the pain. I'm not going back. I'm really pissst at my Health insurance for sending me to them. They were more concerned on just getting the extraction and sending you in your way. Left side of face is still swollen. Don't go there.

They barely even checked my teeth and rush me out of there with not much explanation as to why they couldn't extract my wisdom teeth. The dentist assistant had a very snarky condescending attitude for some reason. The was my first and last experience with this dental office. The way they operate their business, I don't think it will last long.

My mom got her dental implants there and it was time for her regularly scheduled checkup. Everything went great. Crown Dental Group, Dr. Ness and staff are awesome dentists in National City. Include them as one practice to consider if you are shopping around for a dentist.

I never write reviews but I had to get online and write a review about this place. I've been having tooth pain for over a month now. I was going back and forth with different dentist. I am so happy I got referred here. I had a really good experience. The staff are amazing. The front desk, the dental assistants, the doctors, literally everyone! The doctor who pulled both my wisdom teeth, dr Haifa's, was SO GREAT. . Felt no pain, and he made sure I was numb before doing the extractions. He was so quick & I was in shock how fast I was done. I got both wisdom teeth pulled out. Before I left they explain my post op instructions a few times. Highly recommend this place

By far the worst service ever I don't who is answering the phone she probably has man issues she keeps picking up and hanging up the phone I have picture of how many times I have called and she keep picking and hanging up I think she is doing this on purpose to keep business away from there the Doctor needs to do something ASAP. She could atleast pick up and put us on hold g she is busy but that didn't seem was the problem I think she just didn't want customers for the office

Horrid customer service. In all of my years of interacting with people , this was hands down the worst experience. We did not even make it inside the building. They profile everyone outside and say it's because of COVID. They let everyone else in but us .We all know dental offices are not closed and haven't been for months. I had this appointment for my dad for over a month so he can get new dentures. We are business professionals and took the day off to take my father to this appointment. They made every excuse possible. We had all of the proper documentation. They didn't like that his first and middle name were switched around on his State ID. All of my fathers other documents including his Medicare and Medi-cal card were all accurate and reflected his name as did his state id. They then said they didn't like that his state id was expired. Yet all of his other documents were up to date. We haven't taken him to the DMV because of COVID. She said can't you go to the DMV. I said well we are in the middle of a pandemic hence why you say we can't come into your business right? They treated us so awful:( I felt bad for my dad. We called his dentist and let them know how we were being treated. They were not happy about it. Anyway avoid this office . I felt like that were judging us because of our skin color honestly. I have never felt that way before by anyone until today. My dad has Parkinson's disease and was made to stand outside this whole time. Horrible experience. For me to take the time to write a review speaks volumes because I am not one who usually writes reviews.

I just got my wisdom teeth out and I can say that the procedure went super smooth. I got the gas which was extra but it definitely helped relax me. Dr. Haider and Crystal were the ones in the room with me and were very nice and respectful. If I could get another wisdom teeth removal I would go here.

I didn't like the service here at all I really don't recommend it because they where really rude with my daughter and one of the lady's was yelling at her and she was talking to other dentists around her saying bad words and that's bad for our kids to learn .The name of the dentist was Merisa!!

The receptionist was unprofessional and rude. The employee should be thought how to speak in a professional manner... I'm a client not her friend... I scheduled an appointment through their website and received a phone call later that day only to be placed on hold for over 10 minutes.. Why call? I intend on taking my business elsewhere..
