My dad was charged $130+ and we had to pay cash/card even though before arriving, we called to ask if Medi-Cal is accepted and they said yes. After my dad got the job done with his tooth, they were telling us we had to pay, and said our insurance won't cover the cost until 4 weeks later, but we had to pay now. The doctor didn't give him any medicine, and my Dad's molar continued to hurt. We called back to see if we could go get medicine prescribed to him to ease the pain and made an appointment, unfortunately my dad had work so we ended up not going. (This is relevant I promise) I call again two days later on a Monday and ask if he can be seen that same day. The lady asked me why he didn't come on Friday and I mentioned that he had work. This is what she said to me: "Well if it really hurt then he should have come instead of going to work." I explained it's hurting him badly and he needs to go now. And we go back. The doctor prescribed him medicine today 03/18/19 however his molar still hurts. All they want is money! They treat you nice at first, then after you pay them they treat you like dirt. Never coming back for this supposedly "insurance accepted" dentist office. Please don't come here. It may say 5 star rating but it really isn't. The front desk ladies give you so much attitude on the phone and in person.

This dental office is a hidden gem in Inglewood. They offer great service and reasonable prices. They will not take advantage and charge you an arm and a leg like most dental offices do.

My cousin and i tried calling to make an appointment and no one answered so we walked in and my cousin had a very bad toothache, we spoke to the receptionist and we seen her eating at the front desk my cousin then said if they take medical and the lady said yes and then said they were closing in 10 min and then my cousin said she didn't know they were closinv and the lady said well you should've came earlier (with an attitute) my cousin then responded I didn't had the pain earlier and the lady said well I'm sorry and my cousin said you're not sorry and the lady said I know. In my opinion just because her shift is almost done it doesn't mean you get to be rude and unprofessional towards the patients. BTW she was a fluffy lady wearing glasses

Terrible Terrible Terrible, Front Lady who's name is Patricia is very rude and disrespectful. Doctor was slightly rude as well. The nice Lady who did my Xray and my teeth cleaning was very nice and personal though. But still once i left i immediately called my insurance and changed my dental office. I went in because i was in pain, after X-rays, the doctor told me what he "suggest" and where the pain was coming from/ Patricia who goes over the insurance tells me whats covered and whats not. To take cut to the chase i tell her to give me the silver fillings because they are covered with no charge under my insurance. Then she says i need to get an something called "sensitive" ( i could be saying it wrong) for my each filling and they are 75$ a piece. I told her i do not want that i just want my normal fillings. Then i ask can i get my fillings done because by that time I been in there almost an hour with nothing done to my teeth but an X-ray. She says if i am not paying for the sensitive then I will have to come back another day for fillings, That sounded crazy to me. So if i want to use my free insurance i have to come back another day but if i want to pay for something then i get it done today. Make that make sense lol. I asked to speak to my doctor and she leaves then comes back 5 minutes later without him and says "The doctor will not do your fillings if you dont pay for the sensitive" first off it was something he "Suggested" not something he said i had to get. Also I have add plenty of fillings in my life and never to get sensitive never even heard of it.So you cannot force me to get it. Then she says will we are not doing it today and (all of sudden) are to busy scheduled to even due my teeth cleaning ( even though i am laying on the dentist chair and had an appointment that took me a month to get ) . So i tell her i am not leaving and want to speak the doctor. Mind you this whole time she was giving me attitude and was being rude. Doctor comes in and says he never said i could get my teeth cleaned and still only suggest the sensitive . But did not address how rude she was being or even me being upset. So i get my teeth cleaned, and leave boiling hot that my tooth will still be in pain. Once again the lady who did my teeth cleaning was very nice and professional. All good though i will never go here again

i wish i could give them 0 star. This office is unprofessional. especially the front desk lady is lier and she changed her explanetion again and again. They took my teeth x-ray and told me to take out my 2 teeth by $175 dollars each , and for root canals they told me $750 dollars. Then i ask my insurance if they can help me to extract my teeth and they did .After that i make appointment with crown dental office to treat my root canals, but when i went to my appointment the lady told me to go back home because i extracted my teeth another office. Also she said they can not do it. when i ask why? the lady told me before you came by yourself and now you came by insurance so we don't have specialist here and we have to send you for specialist . that means they don't have specialst but they do extractions and root canals with out license. if they do my root canal my insurance will know that they are doing with out license. This is annoying. i came three days to this office she canceled my appointment when i get to the office. she don't know her job. Don't believe them they don't have specialist for extration and root canal.
