I love going to Crown Dental Care in Rockville! From the front desk to the doctors, everyone is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Bernadette is a wonderful person who always makes sure I'm comfortable and at ease. I love her positivity! Rose was also helpful and caring!

Great experience at Crown Dental Care. Dr Thy was terrific and the staff was welcoming and kind. Dr. Thy took his time to explain the diagnosis and the options clearly. My visit and follow-up appointments went smoothly and I am very pleased and satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend Crown Dental Care and Dr Thy.

The staff is friendly and very professional. I felt at ease when Rose explained treatment plans to me . On all the occasions I visited the dental office impeccable service was received. I would recommend Dr. Nguyen and staff for your dental needs.

Highly recommend this office for both regular cleanings and as an Invisalign provider. New, clean facilities with modern tech. Every staff I've interacted with is friendly and helpful. Hygienists and dentists I've had are skilled, thorough but gentle, and take their time with you - both explaining dental work and getting to know you as a person. Right next to twinbrook Metro and I've had no problem finding a spot in their garage for guest parking.

Fabulous office. I'm a nervous patient and the staff here are skilled and caring. Dr. Hopkins is particularly fabulous. She is extremely knowledgeable, warm, and kind. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hopkins and her staff were extremely helpful. They took special efforts to make sure I was comfortable and to explain procedures that needed to be accomplished. Tonya was cheerful and friendly. The receptionist was able to get me into an appointment sooner than my scheduled appointment. This was great as I had a chipped front tooth and they were able to fix it the same day as my new appointment. You can't even tell it was chipped now!

I have been a patient at Crown Dental Care for over a year now. I hadn't been to the dentist in way too long and on my first visit with them I had no idea what state my teeth were in. I was so nervous! In walks Bernie, their amazing dental hygienist who is knowledgeable and kind. She put me at ease from day one and is one of the reasons I actually look forward to my visits. Over the course of a year I had a lot of work done by Dr. Hopkins who was patient and knowledgeable. She gave me a thorough overview of my dental health and what was to come in my following visits. The front desk staff and the assistants are the nicest I have ever encountered at ANY medical or dental office. They greet me as if I were a celebrity (maybe because I visited frequently for a year). I walk in with a smile, and walk out with an even better smile. All of this to say, a year later my teeth are healthier and I am following their advice for it to continue improving.

Dr. T and the entire staff at Crown Dental have been such a pleasure to work with. They put together a complete plan for my dental health and walked me through each step. I'm so happy to have found them. I can not recommend this dental office enough!

Yesterday was my very first visit at Crown Dental Care in Rockville. My Dental Assistant Leslie was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, experienced and gave me excellent patient care. My Dr. was Dr. Yang and she was excellent as well. Both did a great job explaining what was to be expected, kept me updated and did a great job with teaching. Overall, my experience there was excellent!

I had my first experience at Crown Dental today and I loved it. The receptionists were very friendly, welcoming and responsive. Dr. Thy was great, extremely thorough, patient with my questions and also super kind. He addressed all of my concerns. Overall it was a wonderful first experience and I look forward to being a longtime patient here.

It is always a professional and pleasant experience when I go in. The staff at the front desk are courteous and I really, really appreciate how kind they always are. Also, could not ask for a better dentist than Dr. Allegra Hopkins who is communicative, patient, and gentle. Not to mention, her expertise makes me feel confident I'm getting the best care every time!

I visited Crown Dental Care for the first time yesterday and immediately felt at home. The entire staff was amazing -- Rose, Leslie, Claire, and Dr Thy all were an absolute delight. Not once did I feel rushed or unheard. Dr Thy has wonderful bedside manner. He was attentive, compassionate, and it is very evident that he truly cares for his patients. I would give this office and everyone in it 100 stars if I could. I am truly blessed to have found such a wonderful dental office. Well worth the 2 hour drive from my home to this office.
