My whole family and I have been coming to Crown Dental for 5 years now. Everyone is warm and friendly and always makes sure we feel comfortable at each appointment. Angel goes out of her way to help accommodate all of our schedules with our appointments and is such a friendly face at the office! Thank you Crown Dental!

I've always a pleasant & wonderful experience going to Crown Dental Care in Germantown,Md .Great staff & always willing to help. Dr Thy is the best. (Angel, Danielle, & Jessica) are awesome at the front desk. Very friendly along with flexible to your schedule & payments. There amazing!! Along with the other staff. (A lot to name) I would highly recommend anyone looking to get work done

I have never written a review about any place I have ever visited until today. I just had a serious procedure done with Dr Thy. He is the only dentist I have ever actually looked forward to seeing. He is very good at what he does. I'm not an easy patient to work on. He is well mannered, fun and easy to talk with. He explains things in a way that even I can relate to. The real reason I like coming here is because of the staff. They are all fantastic but the 4 at the front desk : Danielle. Jessica, Melanie and especially Angel who always puts me in a positive mood, will make your fears at the dentist go away. Angel is the right name for her!

The front desk staff at Crown Dental namely Danielle , Angel, Melanie and Jessica are very professional, courteous efficient and polite. Their offices are clean, modern and they follow proper protocols. The whole practice including the hygienists and Dr Nguyen the owner are a pleasure to deal with. Our whole family has been their patients for the last twenty plus years and will continue to do so. Good luck Crown Dental keep up the good work.

I came to Doctor T's office recommend by a family member. Doctor T is the best dentist I have ever seen. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and companionate. He explains everything in terms that anyone can understand. Additionally, ANGEL, who works at the front desk is the best staff member I dealt with. She has helped me tremendously. She is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and caring!!!

I LOVE this place! It's so comfy and modern! Angel, Danielle, Jessica and Melanie of the front desk are amazing! They always make us smile and are always so patient with how disorganized I am with all fam members' schedules. We actually moved away over a year ago, but we kept on coming to Crown Dental Care because of how wonderful all the staffs are!

I visited this Dental Care for several months, and from day one I found all the people to be friendly, hamble & professional. The front desk people, like Ms. Angel, she exceptionally very gentle & very patient in answering any questions related to appointments & payments, & furthermore she provides her professional expertise to advise on different methods of settling payments. Ms. Danielle too her warm wellcome of patients is commendable. During my long visits Dr. Santos was extremely helpful. He is a good listener & understanding. He thoroughly explained my dental situation & advised me of best solutions. I admire him for his humbleness & profession. He is the best. Recently, Dr. Ardalan Nateghi, took care of me too, he is a Dr. with great personality & very professional, he took all the time to check & listen to my tooth problem & cured my problem on the spot for which I am very grateful. All the nurses that who assisted both Doctors & took x-rays are very hamble, friendly & professional & I am very thankful. The clinic is exceptionally clean & neat, & is fully equiped with modern equipments.

Just had my first visit and everyone at the office is super knowledgeable and friendly . From angel and Danielle behind the desk to the dental hygienist Niya the customer service was Amazing . Dr nateghi was very thorough in his explanations and why certain procedure needed to be done . Best dentist I've been too and I am 40 years old !

I started going to Crown Dental Care back in May and it has been amazing ever since. Their office is very modern and comfortable. Typically I have never liked going to the dentist, but everyone there is very nice and provide you with all the info you need. Danielle, Angel and Jessica at the front desk are welcoming and friendly. I've had a few appointments with Veronica and she has been helpful and informative each time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

When coming to my appointments, I walk out with a smile! Danielle is awesome at making you feel welcomed as soon as you come through the door, always happy. Niya and Dr. Nateghi are a great team, on the same page and both always make sure your never in pain. It definitely shows that they care not only about the job but their patience. Hands down Dr. Nateghi is the best Dentist I've been to and will continue to see! Danielle, keep doing what you are doing by making sure people feel welcomed and Niya keep showing people that you care about what your doing and how they feel! Best team ever! Ivia
