Dr. Farahmand graduated from University of the Pacific in 1998, and did his residency at University of California, San Francisco. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), Berkeley Dental Association (BDS) and Spear Faculty Club. He is also a participant of Give Kids a Smile, a dental care provided to the under-served. He is passionate about dentistry, and enjoys getting to know his patients on a personal level. I just had my first cleaning at Crown Dental and had a great experience. They didn't need to take x-rays, since I've already taken some earlier in the year, but they did take a free scan of my teeth which was very cool. It enabled both the Dentist and me to get a good visual on each tooth and gum line. The dentist took his time explaining everything to me and even showing me the best way to floss. The dental hygienist was excellent and took her time cleaning every tooth. No pain, even in my painful spots. I highly recommend this dental office. They are fantastic and I will be coming back for future services.

This office is amazing. All of the dentists and staff members are great but Dr. Farahmand is on another level. He is the dentist that everyone dreams of having. I've been his patient for at least 13 years. He cares about his patients very much. Once upon a time, my coworkers and I were talking about someone's upcoming appt with a dentist and she said that she was dreading the injections. I was confused because I have never felt an injection. Prior to this conversation, I assumed this was the case at every dentist office. I cannot say enough good things about him. He has a piece of equipment that makes crowns that are an exact replication of the tooth that was removed. There is no wait for multiple days to have a crown made. If you are reading reviews to find a new dentist, you have found him. You will not find a better dentist. I moved to the north bay about 10 years ago, an hour away from Dr. Farahmand office, but I am more than happy to make the trip to his office. He is the best.

I had my teeth cleaned and a couple of small fillings repaired today. Crown Dental Care is great, they're obviously very on top of anti-Covid sanitation and personal protective equipment. The staff is friendly and skillful, and Dr. Fahramand is just great. I'm very glad to be their patient after some less-than-satisfactory prior experiences with other dental practices.
