I saw Dr. Curtin at this office. He was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction for my facial pain. His assistant and the front desk person, Cody, was very kind. Unfortunately, I did have a difficult experience with a female front desk person who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Overall, it's a wonderful practice with many positives. I can't let one bad apple sway me from a great Doctor. Kelly A.

Front desk receptionist is cold and rude. This is the face of your business...you would be wise to hire someone who is warm and friendly to your patients. The surgeon did a very good job explaining aftercare, although it was quite a lot of information to keep straight, and part of the time he was speaking with me, his back was toward me. Still, I will never return, nor recommend, because on several occasions I dealt with a receptionist with all the caring and warmth of a slab of NH granite. If I managed my patients at a local hospital in the same manner, I would not hold onto my job for long.

The desk staff is extremely rude and read my information in the waiting room out loud in front of other patients. That's a violation of my rights and hippa how ever u say it
