My experience at Crowley Family Dental has been nothing but positive. From the time I walk in the door, to checking out, the staff has been engaged with my situation. If a procedure is needed, they explain why and what it entails. If a procedure can be delayed, they'll explain that as well. Oh, and I really like getting the text reminders for my next appointment. Keep up the good work!

Do not get dental work here!! Update: It has been two years since I saw Crowley for multiple fillings and I am still consistently getting tooth infections from it. 3 different dentists have told me it looks like a direct result of negligence when filling cavities. If I could build a case to sue them for malpractice, I would. Multiple infections and root canals later and Crowley continues to ruin my mouth! They horribly messed up cavity fillings and I had to have them completely redone. One of them was so poorly done that I had to get a root canal because of it just a few months later. The dentist who did my root canal said my cavity was filled so poorly I should never go back to Crowley again. The receptionist is also pretty rude and makes you feel unwelcome to be there. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The customer service is horrible, Tara acts like she is better than everyone, I would not recommend this dentist office to know one. I had one no show, I called before 24 hours was , and left a message, and asked for the office all me back, so I could reschedule. No one never called. Called them to reschedule today, and Ms. Tara said I've had 3 no calls , no shows!!! So Ma. Tara said she could never reschedule me an appointment ever again! Well that's great, because I wouldn't want to give that place another penny of my money, I can promise you guys that. I've only been going there for a year now, and Ms Tara couldn't give me the dates when I had my no call no shows, because they never happened that's why. Anyone can type something into the computer

I totally love this place and feel more confident and relaxed as ever from entering into the office speaking with the front desk to actually getting teeth pulled. I can literally fall asleep when they clean my teeth. I 1000 % recommended this place and wouldn't go anywhere else, they are so personable, honestly it feels like family when your there.
