Having moved to Statesville back in February, I was in need of a new dentist's office to regularly get my teeth checked and cleaned. I found Crouch Family Dentistry online and decided to go in. When I went in for my initial checkup and cleaning, the entire staff, from the front desk secretary, dental hygienists, and Dr. Crouch himself, were all friendly and welcoming to a new face in the office. I actually had two cavities that were found and upon the cleaning of my teeth and the filling of these cavities, it was easy to see that Dr. Crouch and his staff were dedicated to thorough, precise work that is based on attention to detail and getting the job done right the first time. I would recommend Crouch Family Dentistry to anyone in the Statesville area for their friendly environment and great care for any dental needs!

We are new to Statesville and Dr. Crouch came highly recommended. Had my first cleaning with them and the service was fantastic. Very pleasant staff, very gentle and thorough Dentist! I highly recommend you try them out!

Excellent service, very impressed with the work I had done. The entire staff is great, highly recommend! Dr. Crouch is an excellent dentist, really makes you comfortable. I almost can't wait to go back lol!

Timothy Crouch was rude and condescending when I was in his office. He had no empathy what so ever. If I could give a zero I would. He is not a good dentist. He is horrible please don't make the mistake I made see another dentist!!

Where do I begin. To start off with I have been very satisfied with the services that I have received from not only Dr. Crouch but his entire staff as well. I have been getting dental care from Dr. Crouch for about 3 years, and have been very satisfied with every visit. I am really pleased at just how much he puts your dental care above everything else. Dr. Crouch, has performed simple procedures such as fillings and putting sealant on a couple of maulers. Before being a patient of Dr. Crouch, I was searching for a dentist within my insurance network. I had seen another dentist before Dr. Crouch, and was not happy at the amount of dental work that he wanted to perform. This other dentist wanted to perform procedures that were really not all that necessary. This discouraged me from using this dentist and continue my search. Luckily, I found Dr. Crouch, and he informed me that there really was no need to perform the additional procedures that the other dentist was recommending. Dr. Crouch's, view of preserving the tooth and avoiding unnecessary work, made me feel confident in making Dr. Crouch, my dentist.

They were very supportive and listened when I said I felt pain. They were absolutely wonderful! Very calming, informative, and let you know everything up front so there are no surprises! Definitely earned those 5 stars!!

Recently went to Crouch Dentistry as a new patient. The office staff was so sweet and helpful, and the hygienist was professional, friendly and gentle during the cleaning - Dr Crouch was pleasant and friendly -- overall just a really nice experience

I haven't been to the dentist in a while and choose to go to Crouch Family Dentistry. Everyone I have came in contact with there is very nice, I love that they text you the day before your appointment to make sure that's still okay and to remind you. I feel I made an excellent decision choosing this dentist office!
