Had my teeth cleaned did an excellent job. Then I asked if Dr. Chopra could bond some stains on my front bottom teeth. She got busy and WOw!! What a difference. I recommend Crosswater Dental Care. Have been going for about three years now. ..

COMPLETELY frustrated! I had a regular cleaning appointment 4 weeks ago. When I showed up, they told me my hygienist had called in sick and that they had texted me (which they had not). Ok, that's fine, so they were going to call me to reschedule (which they never did). A week later with no call, I called them to schedule. They said they would call me back (which they never did). Another week, I called and asked to speak with the Office manager. They said she was in with a patient and would call me back (which she never did). Another week passes, I call YET AGAIN to speak with the office manager and AGAIN, she doesn't call me back (thanks Anna). What the heck?!? I am a registered patient in this office and FOUR TIMES now they have failed to call me back. Seriously? So now, not only have they lost my business to another practice, but they've lost my husband's as well. Was it worth losing 2 of your patients over? And please don't reply with your canned response of asking me to call your office. I'M DONE!

The most amazing dentist for caring and fixing dental problems. Pita an office staff member called today to see how I was doing since having my filling on Tues. She was very caring, but more important she was helpful in answering a lot of questions about insurance which I was wondering about. A professional young lady who is an asset to Crosswater Dental. This place is nice and clean. However, they are not punctual. I had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. I had to inquire why they was running behind which didn't sit well with me. Dr. Martinez and her assistant was nice and took the time to answer my questions. Overall, just ok.

Time to find another dentist. They messaged me and said it's time schedule your next cleaning, click here. I did and got an appointment. Today I go in and the lady says you're here for a consult...I explained and she said I asked for a consult but YOUR link said cleaning. I left, this is craziness and a waste of my time.

This was our son Cody's first time at this dental clinic and he had a great experience! His dental associate Lisabel was amazing! The entire staff are extremely friendly and professional. I'm looking forward to my entire family coming to Crosswater dental. I highly recommend.

I had an emergency today when I cracked a temporary crown from another dental office. Crosswater Dental Care got me in quick and did a great job getting me fixed up. I'm new to the area, and needed a local dentist. Today convinced me that they are now my new dentist. Update: Things are still going great. Another emergency visit with tooth pain this morning and they were once again outstanding. The regular appointments have also gone really well. Glad I'm with Crosswater Dental.
