Dr. Kelly Horvath began her dental career as a dental hygienist, working for 17 years. She went on to receive her dental degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, IN graduating 2011.
After working as an associate outside of Indianapolis, Dr. Kelly moved to Crossville, after purchasing the practice Crossville Smiles in 2012. The practice grew from a small 4 operatory office, and went through an expansion to 7 chairs in 2014. As of May 1st 2020, Dr. Kelly designed and built our new 17 operatory office on Miller Avenue.
Personally, Dr. Kelly is married to her husband, Frank, and will celebrate their 24rd wedding anniversary in August 2021. They have two sons. Dr. Kellys stepson, Noel, is married and has a new baby girl with his wife Kaylee. Nicholas, their younger son, is in his last year of high school at CCHS and is on the golf team.
Dr. Kelly and her husband take great pride in the community, and are involved in many organizations and clubs between them. Dr. Kelly is a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and is active in the local dental study club. Dr. Kelly enjoys free time with her family, where they love golf and where she seems to be always doing a home project.
Dr. Kelly wants her patients to know that they come first, and that they are the reason for the growth and success of Crossville Smiles. No matter how large the practice grows, it is important to her that the office maintains the same caring and team-focused atmosphere the patients expect. We are excited to see what the future holds!

Love the new dentist can't remember her name but she is blonde and younger not to be confused with the Owner. She's sweet caring love her better than Habib. Hope my new dentist is my dentist for quite some time she has a great personality also . Thanks crossville smiles . Love love this place

I hadn't been to a dentist in years and hadn't had good experiences previously. When I went in to a Crossville smiles I was so nervous. The staff there and the dentist made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Habib spent about 10 seconds looking in my mouth, did no gum exam for cancer, and spent most of her time insisting that it was "the law!" that I have a dental xray on my next visit whether I wanted one or not. Seriously. She never asked why I didn't want one (skin cancer), but insisted that I had to be xrayed. The hygienist was excellent, but I was so angry at this dentist that I was shaking when I left. The original dentist in this practice is great, but if there's any chance you might have to see Dr. Habib, avoid this group!

Called me a month in advance to see if I wanted to come in due to a cancellation. I was free so I went and wasnt disappointed. They were very professional from start to finish. They explained everything in detail and listened to my concerns. I was very happy with the service.

This is a wonderful place to get your dental work done. In the past I have been to other dentists that are filling cavity happy, but Crossville Smilies is more concerned with the health of the tooth instead of filling their bank account. Friendly staff and not the most expensive on town.

I cannot say enough good things about Crossville smiles! I have horrible anxiety about going to the dentist and the staff made me feel so comfortable. They came up with a treatment plan and made me feel so relieved. Kelly and her staff are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to everyone!

My wife went in to have work done. They set up a plan of what was going to be done, charged our insurance for the work before it was done. She went in for the next appointment and they said they couldnt do it after already charging us for it. What a freakin joke

I was most concerned about employees not wearing masks. The staff surrounding the doctors, the dentists, and hygienists, are very good. The care was excellent.

Dr Daniel and assistant Christy placed my implant today. My visit was wonderful and painless. They were prepared and organized. Great team!! Office manager Kristy checked me out and was such sweetheart. I love Crossville Smiles!
