Dr. Josh Walker grew up down the road in Kingston, TN. He attended UT Knoxville, worked for the DOE and the Army, then went back to dental school at the University of Louisville. When hes not working he enjoys spending time with his fianc and his German Shepherd (Crockett). He also enjoys golf and continuing to explore east TN.

I've have been seen twice @crossville dentistry first time I was referred to Another dentist for more complicated treatment they referred me back to crossville I FELT helpless @this point met with DR.LARSON & STAFF was reassured THEY COULD HELP & if they couldn't they knew who COULD HELP a treatment plan was put in place I love the staff they are reassuring about treatments & procedures very professional and very THROUGH in taking medical histories which definitely affect your dental health would defipnitely recommend you try

This office was good when Dr.Holland was there but now that he's gone it's went down hill. The dentist there now has a lot of room for improvement and if you don't do what he recommends for your teeth he will make it difficult on you. His bedside manner isn't very good. I needed a simple extraction that he messed up and then I had to get emergency oral surgery done.

This place is amazing. My family comes here for routine cleanings and maintenance. I have had fillings and may have a crown in my future. The staff from the receptionists to the hygienists are polite. Dr. Holland makes sure my family and I have a good and pain free experience and they are very professional. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

We called and got voice mail in the middle of the day and left a message AND contacted this business on their website for an appointment and they never responded. Very disappointed as we really wanted to use them.

This place is amazing. My family comes here for routine cleanings and maintenance. I have had fillings and may have a crown in my future. The staff from the receptionists to the hygienists are polite. Dr. Holland makes sure my family and I have a good and pain free experience and they are very professional. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

I had a very good experience .I made an appt on line . I have a problem speaking on the phone, so I ask if I could do everything on line. They told me what information they would need , I typed it and emailed it back to them and the papers were all filled out when I went in. The staff were all friendly . Ruth cleaned my teeth, and it was the most relaxing visit to the dentist that I have ever had .I am 88 yrs old and have been to a lot of dentists. I will return to Crossville Dentistry for any future work.

I had a very good experience .I made an appt on line . I have a problem speaking on the phone, so I ask if I could do everything on line. They told me what information they would need , I typed it and emailed it back to them and the papers were all filled out when I went in. The staff were all friendly . Ruth cleaned my teeth, and it was the most relaxing visit to the dentist that I have ever had .I am 88 yrs old and have been to a lot of dentists. I called and they got me in in 30 minutes as a new patient and emergency problem. The entire staff was excellent and very friendly. The doc was great! I highly recommend!

I have tried to call Dr Williams 11 times now and all I get is Dr Hollands answering service and instead of being able to leave a voice mail, it says I am being transferred and its the same message all over again. I called Dr Williams other office numbers and they gave me a number that is not in service.

I was referred to Dr. Holland by my oral surgeon. We discussed the procedures in detail and I was quoted a price. I asked him twice if there were any hidden or additional costs and was told the only additional cost would be about a year down the road to reline the dentures. Everything was happening just the way he said it would and seemed to be on track, so imagine my surprise when I get a call from them days before my final appointment informing me it would cost an additional $1800+ to complete the work. I explained what I had been told originally and asked to speak with Dr. Holland. He wasn't able to speak with me about it that day. I've called twice since then to straighten this out with no luck at all. I also requested an itemized receipt that they said would be in the mail that day. It has yet to show up.... How do you tell a patient who specifically asks you (twice) that there are no hidden fees and then pull something like this? Wonderful people at Crossville Dentistry, horrible business practices. My advice - Be very careful and get 'everything' they tell you in writing first. Or just find a dental practice that doesn't do things like this. Good luck

the new hygienist Ruth, has poor skill and no common sence. you don't fill a patients mouth full of water when they are laying flat and then ask her to open her mouth so she can stick the suction in. I felt as though I were drowning, she did this 3 times the 4th, I said no more. my hair , my neck were soaked, my throat was actually sore from trying to not swallow . it was the worst experience in 50 years of having my teeth cleaned. I thought about this all nite, in the morning I called the office to request a different hygienist for my next appointment and explained why, I was told she is the only hygienist and that is the way that they ask patients to rinse at their practice. I know that is a lie as this was not my 1st cleaning there. she said next time ask her to sit you up. I hung up and found a new dentist. called back and told them I would no longer be using this practice, the women I spoke to said she was sorry and that the women I tried to explain my issue to was the hygienist assistant. im sorry for Dr. Holland as he is very nice and very through, he did a filling for me and I had no issue with him or his skill.

I had a great experience, nice newer facility with a great staff. I work out of town and broke a tooth on the road and they were able to squeeze me in on a Friday last minute to get me taken care of. I was very happy with the prices, they were $400 dollars cheaper on a crown than the quote I got out of town. I also had two other teeth that I thought I needed crowns that they said only needed fillings. Overall saved me almost $2000. Honest, good work!

There prices are outrageous. He replaced 4 small o-rings in my implants and charged me $200.00. I can buy the o-rings on line for about a dollar each, it took him 5 minutes.Every other dentist I have been to charged about $50.00 for everything. I complained and all they said was sorry that was their price. Stay away.
