Always have a great, smooth experience here. The staff and Dr. Bird are friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of your time. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Jordan and Crosstown staff = amazing. From the dental assistant to the billing staff, everybody was professional but laid-back. I've never had a dental appt quite like this in my life and I am 52. State of the art equipment, location, attitude. Great movie and music selection, open space but a lot of privacy. I received a root canal and crown, mandible Botox and a night guard fitting under 4 hours for less than $2000. Highly recommend.

Do not trust the 5 star ratings. Read the 1 stars. My fillings have given me problems. It doesn't get more basic than a simple filling! It is all smoke and mirrors. Would not recommend to a dog if it had a tooth that needed tooth work and I love my furry friends so definitely would not recommend to a human (not even an enemy).

literally the best dentist ever omg. They totally eradicated my fear of the dentist. my dentist and hygienist are both super kind and clear with everything they're doing and are never condescending about things. Also it's primarily women in the office so if you're a woman or femme presenting and are used to not being taken seriously because of that in this is a great place to go!

This is a great place. Dr. Bird is knowledgeable and skilled. His staff is amazing. He is the best dentist I have ever had. The office atmosphere is laid back and welcoming. The office has equipment that is amazing. Crowns in an hour!!!!! If you don't have a dentist I encourage you to try Crosstown Dental Group.

WOW ! I doubt there are many people who could say they had crowns put on all 28 teeth. Well I did ! I had gone to the doctor that my dentist had sent me too to see what I could do about the damage that had occurred to all my teeth over the years because of stress. My front bottom 6 teeth were a third of the height they once were and painful. Another dentist wanted $43,000, which included surgery on my lower gum and the possibility of 18 months of pain. Because I go to my dermatologist next door, I got to see their high tech lab through Crosstown Dental's windows, this lab makes it possible to make temporaries in hours and permanent teeth in as little as a day, as I walked by. I thought I would get another opinion from this cutting-edge dental office. Dr Bird met with me and came up with a plan that would take only 6 months based on how comfortable I would be between each step. He and his staff were efficient, kind, personal and professional, I never saw a frown on anyone or was told they could not do something that would make my experience better. Because of this I have sent 5 new patients to them and two of them for major work, they too are blown away by this group of people and how they go about doing their job. I know you will feel the same. I want to send a special shout out to Lisa, Jordan, Chalet, Darrin, Josh and of course Dr Bird for making me feel like part of their family. As well as to everyone else in their office.

COVID-19 had delayed my regular dentist visits so once things I opened up I decided to try the Crosstown Dental group. My wife had been and had positive things to say and she was right. Great customer/patient care and "fun" atmosphere for a dentist office. I would recommend it highly for cleaning and crowning. They utilize a very cool, high-tech imaging machine that gave me a crown in less than an hour. They even gave me a GC to use at shops in the concourse while I waited! Thanks
