Dr. Giana Magaro is a PA native, born and raised in Hershey. She graduated from Lower Dauphin High School and completed her undergraduate degree at West Chester University. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Maurice H. Kornbergs School of Dental Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia. After running an office in the Philadelphia area for a year she is excited to fulfill her dream of returning to Hershey, the sweetest place on earth.
Her focus is to provide the best personalized treatment possible to every patient. Dr. Giana is Invisalign Therapy certified and also received certification through the Advanced Implant Education to place dental implants. Due to continuous education and an interest in learning the advances in the dental field, Dr. Magaro is able to provide the most up-to-date care on a variety of procedures including restorations, crown and bridge, root canal therapy, and implant restorations and placement. Your comfort, health, and well-being are her first priority.

My first time at this office and I have never felt so at ease as I am terrified of going to the dentist. The staff is great, from the hygeinist, office staff and the dentist they all are excellent! You should absolutely go this dental office.

The staff at Crosstown Dental Group, Hershey are very friendly and very good cleaning your teeth and educating you about your teeth and gums. I just transferred to the group after being with the same Dental Group for 53 years. I moved to Hershey 2019 and transferred this year to Crossroads thank to my daughter in law.

Everyone was very nice and made sure I felt comfortable. They saw me right away, explained what they were doing, and the receptionist helped me figure out my insurance. Most importantly, I left trusting them. I have had dentists try to do unnecessary procedures in the past, and I did not get that vibe at all. I will definitely be going back!

First time visiting this practice and had a great experience. Amber at the front desk was kind and helpful. Lauren, the hygienist, did a great job cleaning my teeth. Pain free and clean as a whistle. Dr. Magaro was thorough and attentive. Can't wait to go back in 6 months!

I've had such a great experience with this office. My last dentist was very untrustworthy. I had a filling done at my old office and it was so bad that I had bone loss! These ladies really took care of me. The front desk is sweet and energetic. The assistant Ashley is great at explaining things and is very sweet. The dentist Dr. Magaro actually cares and has done everything to help me with my tooth. The hygienist Jocelyn is very through and does great with exposing things. I highly recommend these ladies!

Seek dental services elsewhere! Apparently when Crosstown Dental has issues maintaining your appointment, it turns out to be the your fault. Crosstown Dental cancelled our appointment on us twice. Then they set a third appointment without our consent. When we never confirmed that appointment and that date passed by, we are now left with a bill for being a no-show.

Dr Giana is AMAZING! I have spent time in many different dentist chairs over the last 50 years and Dr. Giana's skills and attention to detail are the best I have experienced in my life. She is incredibly gifted at dental work.

I just moved to Hershey and needed to find a new dentist office and Crosstown was fantastic! They spent a lot of time with me, educated me, answered questions, and doing a thorough cleaning. I highly recommend!

CHECK PRICES BEFORE GOING. Went here a year ago and I just NOW received a bill. When i called they told me to bring my insurance and told me when I arrive at my appointment they will let me know if my insurance would cover it. Never received a bill until I called to make a appointment for my son. I also have family who went there and they gave them three different prices for fluoride.
