My daughter was a patient here for a little over 3 years and never had an issue - no cavities etc... So I found it VERY odd, after less than a year, surgery was "recommended". After seeking a 2nd opinion and speaking with other medical professionals, I decided not to move forward however when I informed the office of my decision to not have my "5" yo undergo surgery, I recieved a letter in the mail the next day stating services from this office will no longer be provided. Great place for a cleaning, but I do not trust their "sketchy" and untrustworthy recommendations.

My son was very anxious and scared to go to the dentist. The dental hygienist was extremely understanding and patient as we took moments to call him down. Dr. Barry and her team were quick and efficient.

I have been with Crossroads for over 10 years. All 3 of my girls receive dental care there. The staff is very friendly! Service is superb! No wait time; walked straight out of my car into the clinic room. Office is exceptionally clean. Dr Maggie and her staff make me and my kids feel very welcome. Extreme measures taken during this unprecedented covid era is very much needed. I feel very safe taking my kids there. Thanks Dr Maggie for all you do!

This dentist is a thief. She charged for an in office and televisit, but she did not provide any service. I did not go in office nor did I receive anything for a televisit. She did not respond to my question or provide any assistance. Also, this dentist office is dirty and the should use the money they are stealing from their clients to actually get it clean. Furthermore, the wait is always long. On average we always have to wait at least 20 minutes to be seen.

We have been going to Crossroads for years. They have state of the art equipment and they are super kind. We travel a long way to get there but it is worth our time. We have never had a problem and trust their medical expertise. There is simply no need to go anywhere else. Nick Burns

My four children have received excellent care over the last 8 years and more from this practice. The service is kind and thoughtful. My little one hated the dentist at first when he was two. Now, he looks forward to his 6 month visits.

The service was great as always! COVID-19 precautions in place to keep everyone safe and healthy! Very flexible and accommodating when in dental urgency. Staff is always friendly, compassionate, understanding and is a model of service excellence! My child is always taught the importance of oral hygiene in terms he can understand and is commended on what he's doing well and informed of what he can improve on (in a gentle nurturing way {my child is a teenager and needs the kind reinforcement occasionally}). This dental office is just amazing!!!.

I forget the name of the lady who cleaned my son's teeth but she was really nice and professional. She greeted us outside for the tempature check and showed us right where to go. We had a nice conversation while she was working on his teeth and she interacted with my son too. The Dr was also nice. Good experience all around
