Dr. Kyle Tuttle received his Bachelor of Science in nutrition science from Utah State University. Following his undergraduate studies, he attended the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, and graduatedwith his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2018.
Dr. Tuttle completed his orthodontic specialty training at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he receivedhis certificate in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics with a masters in oral biology in the spring of 2021. Dr. Tuttle is the proud father of three amazing kids (Kent, Maye, andAllie) and the husband to one of the most patient and kind women youll ever meet (Cherish).
Dr. Tuttle is a product of the small-town farming community of Fillmore, Utah, and the second youngest in a family of five. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.
He enjoys spending his down time with his family, on the golf course, or occasionally on a river flyfishing. Dr. Tuttle is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, having lived in Sao Paulo, Brazil for two years as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Dr. Gregston received his Bachelor of Arts in Science and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery simultaneously while attending the six-year combined BA/DDS program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). After five years of active-duty service in the Air Force, he attended UMKC to complete his advanced studies in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.
Before returning to UMKC for his orthodontic residency, Dr. Gregston completed a residency in advanced education in general dentistry at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. His time in the United States Air Force ultimately led to him raising his family in our beautiful state of Colorado. Dr. Gregston has three gorgeous adult children (Emily, Meghan, and Kelsie) and is the husband to his lovely wife, Sandi.
Dr. Gregston grew up in Independence, Missouri and is an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Colorado Dental Association, and Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists. He also donates time and dental expertise to charities like Smiles Change Lives.
He enjoys spending time away from the office with his family;they are his focus and joy. However, when he is not caring for his patients, he also enjoys watching movies and sports, along with playing golf.
Dr. Gregston is committed to providing the best treatment for his patients, with a goal of creating beautiful, healthy, and functional smiles. He strives to create relationships that last long past a patients time in braces, and ensures he is directly available throughout treatment and beyond.

Crossroads Orthodontics gave me exceptional service and results during my time as a patient. Dr. Gregston and his team were always very well organized and kept me informed during my treatment. I had a treatment plan that included other doctors from different offices and Dr. Gregston ensured that all the necessary information was communicated and shared with all parties. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. Dr. Gregston always goes above and beyond. Both my girls go to him and he is always very professional as well as personable. Our last visit was very enjoyable as he was sweet enough to share a gluten free treat with my daughter. Very thoughtful! I highly recommend Crossroads for your orthodontic needs. Heidi is always great as well as Colleen and his assistants.

Both my kids have had/have braces through Dr. Gregston and his staff. He has always looked at the whole picture for each of them and has treated everyone in my family with the utmost care and respect. Dr. Gregston cares deeply for his patients and it shows every time we are there. Both of my kids needed an oral surgery prior to getting their braces on. They both had more involved orthodontic problems that had to be dealt with. This was not a problem for Dr. G (as we call him). His years of experience definitely shows in his treatment of my son and daughter. My son is out of his braces now and has the most beautiful smile imaginable. My daughter is getting there. Dr. G has the greatest relationship with all his patients (so many kids!) as does his staff. He has obviously chosen his staff to be top notch, and they are, every single one of them. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Gregston and his staff. His offices are in Parker and Castle Rock. We have had nothing but great experiences here. Dr. Gregston is also a veteran and I couldn't be more thankful for his service in and out of the military.

Dr. Gregston is an amazing orthodontist. Both of my children have had braces with him and he always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. The staff is always friendly and do a great job. I would highly recommend Dr. Gregston and his staff for anyone needing braces.
