I highly recommend this dentist office. The staff is all so very friendly and helpful. It was a very clean dental office with a pleasant atmosphere and smiling faces. It was my first Time attending this dental clinic. They got my entire family in for appointments with hardly any waiting period for scheduling. Once you are there, they also are quick to get you back. This is very convenient when you have children. I will definitely be keeping Crossroads Family Dentist for my family. Much appreciated for making this a pleasant experience!

Me and my family were blown away at the friendliness of the staff. They were all so caring and helpful. I originally only had appts for my children but decided to switch my dentist and see them as well. I would recommend them to anyone!

I don't know the right words to explain how I felt as I walked out of Crossroads Family Dentistry. Imagine you grew up in a family who unconditionally loved you, with parents who encouraged and supported you in everything you did, and to this day still call you for no other reason than to leave you voicemails telling you they love you and they're proud of you. As I walked back to my car, I felt like this is who I was leaving. I don't know who the guy in the office was, but he was so very patient and encouraging with every single person he spoke to- about things that didn't even matter!- telling one patient how organized they were, or the other how detailed they are. And the woman at the front desk? I have a sneaking suspicion she used to be a kindergarten teacher who would bake cookies every day for her students! Heck, even the nurse who led me back and did my X-rays was extremely patient and gentle, despite having to intubate me with the camera! She was very calming and helped to keep me from freaking out. Doctor Kumar!? Does she seriously WORK to make me feel respected and heard, or is that something that she does naturally? Most Dentist's I've known seem to want to dazzle you with their jargon and force you into paying for their new boat. Dr. Kumar was so very honest and kind she could make a nun convert. I don't know what else I could say, but I still don't feel like I'm doing Crossroads Family Dentistry the justice they deserve. It's something you're going to have to see to believe. ***UPDATE 10/24/22*** I seriously cannot say enough about this place. A few days ago I went in because of the excruciating pain I was in from a sensitive tooth. Turned out to be an exposed nerve! They quickly scheduled me for a root canal. Today, I had the root canal. To be honest, it was more like an exorcism, and I could feel the possessing demons digging their hellish claws in as they fought their removal from my tooth. But Dr. Kumar and her assistant were absolutely wonderful! I metabolize the numbing faster than the average horse, but Dr. Kumar was very quick to respond with anesthetic as needed. I'm actually surprised that I just had the root canal only 6 hours ago, because now I'm sitting at my computer with no pain, no swelling, and it doesn't even feel like I've had the procedure. Seriously, I love this place! I hate that the only time I come is when something bad is happening with my teeth.

Amazing dentist!!! I have 6 kids under 15 and they all...YES...ALL of them love this dentist. They are very friendly and work around any schedule. Amazing people make it an amazing place!! Still...THE BEST. DENTIST.EVER.!!!!!!

I've been to many different dentists over the years but coming here has been by far my best experience. The service is prompt, the facility is super clean, and the entire staff cares about what they are doing. They are very knowledgeable and thorough! I can't recommend this place enough.

I had the most amazing first visit at Crossroads! Everyone was so incredibly kind and welcoming, and the hygienist I had, Karen, did the most amazing job cleaning my teeth and was so meticulous. Very happy with my choice in this dentist!

Very friendly staff! I am pretty fearful of the dentist, but Dr. Kumar calms me down. Highly recommend this practice.

I have been in three times over the last 1.5 years for cleanings and exams. Crossroads Family Dentistry has provided good service, good quality work and reasonable pricing. Staff are very friendly. Dr. Kumar answers all questions. Highly recommended.

Dr. Kumar and Ashish and their team at Crossroads were all very welcoming. It was my first time there and was in pain and anxious about what may have been wrong. I Love the atmosphere, from the moment I walked in the door you just knew you was in good hands. They done a filling which looks wonderful by the way, and I was in and out in no time. Very professional! I highly recommend Crossroads Family Dentistry.

Dr Kumar is a very professional friendly dentist. It was easy to get in when i had an emergency. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt confident in her diagnoses of my dental needs. I didnt have to wait in the waiting room long, I went right back at the scheduled time. Her staff was great. The office is in a great location in Trafalger and parking lot was close to the building.

Highly recommended!!! :-) I picked this dentist & Dr. Kumar based on reading online reviews. I just had my second visit and already telling my friends and family what a wonderful experience I've had and recommend they make the switch! High praise to Dr. Kumar and her team! And Karen keeps my teeth sparkling!! I wish I had found them sooner.
