To further her education, Dr. Lopez-Ventura studied endodontics at the Universidad del Salvador, in Buenos Aires Argentina. She is also trained a basic life support (BSL) provider and a certified graduate of the Align Tech University program.
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, in her free time, Dr. Lopez Ventura enjoys going to the beach, exploring new places, antique treasure hunting, chatting with people, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Nice and clean location. 3 extractions two of which are wisdom teeth. Oral surgery took longer then expected and I cried the first 3 hours after leaving. The pain was very uncomfortable. No post surgery pain meds. Do business where you are valued!!

I have been going to this Dentist for over 20 year. They have help me keep my original teeth and answers all my concerns. Even though dentist comes and go. I feel comfortable at this spot and I have some of my coworkers going here as well. Keep up the good services.

All of the staff was very kind, and helpful when I had some insurance problems. The office itself was a little hard to find, but that's not their fault. It's just accessed via a different door than the main building, off to the left of the main doors. Good people, good work

I have my first visit at Crossroad Family Dentist I was very nervous because I had not so good experience with Dentist but when I walked into Crossroad Family Dentist the receptionist was very nice and they made me feel very comfortable everyone was nice they explained everything to me and I knew I was in the right place Thank you Dr. Williams and your team I'm not afraid anymore

They are so nice and informative. I was nervous and don't like going to the dentist, and they walked me through everything they were doing and made me feel very comfortable. This is the dentist everyone should be coming to see!

I visited Crossroads Family Dentistry for the first time time today and had a wonderful experience! The hygienist who performed all of the X-rays and cleaned my teeth did an excellent job. She was so nice and gentle. She explained everything so well and continued to ask if I was okay throughout the process. This was the best experience with a teeth cleaning that I have ever had! Dr Lopez, and the rest of the staff that I encountered today, were all amazing! I even had a great experience with scheduling the appointment and the check out process. Everyone was so professional and so nice. I will definitely return and I have already recommended Crossroads Family Denistry to others!

The only dentist I would ever go to Dr. Williams and Dr. Lopez are the best. Incredible bedside manner and phenomenal dentists. Shout out to Keoni as well as he has given me excellent dental care advice. Would highly recommend this group.

Staff was wonderful. Very particular and professional regarding the COVID virus. They are on time with their appointments, which keeps me on my schedule. 2/10/2022 Staff is still very professional and helpful. Like how they review everything with you, no surprises and they check with insurance first before telling you what to expect.

I had an 8am appointment. I showed up at 7:59, and no one was in there. I waited for 40 minutes with several other patients in the cold. They never showed up... I even tried calling 3 times to reschedule my appointment, and they never picked up! Must have just decided to take the day off without communicating it to any of their patients. Very frustrating, and beyond inconsiderate for other peoples time
