Pam Strickland graduated from Indiana University with an associate's degree in dental hygiene in 2001. She graduated with a B.S.G.S. in 2004. Pam has been with the practice since 2003. She has two grown sons and three grandsons. Pam enjoys art, yoga, and going to yard sales.
Valerie has been a practicing dental hygienist for 30 years, a graduate of Prairie State College. Val has been with the practice since 2001 and is happy to be a part of Crossroads Family Dental. She remains passionate about dentistry and enjoys being a part of patients' smiles.
Becky graduated with a degree in dental hygiene from Indiana University Northwest in 2003. She has been with the practice part-time since 2005. Becky loves getting to know her patients better and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal oral health.
Becky has been happily married for 14 years and has 3 children ages 12, 8 and 3. She is also very active in her church. She spends most of her time watching her kids' sports and activities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, coffee, going to concerts, and eating Mexican food.

My husband has been going to crossroads for years and always spoke so highly of it. I just started going and I can't recommend it enough! Everyone is so polite and friendly. Dr. Berns fixed a problem tooth that my old dentist looked over for years. So glad we switched and even had a positive experience there with my 2 year old. Dr. Berns is so friendly and personable. You can tell he really cares about his patients and loves what he does!

I love Dr Berns and staff. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. Everyone is always happy there. Dr Berns explains things very well and answers all my questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

What a wonderful and loving dental company Crossroads Family Dental is! If you want comfort and peace of mind this is the place. Any work I have had done has been pain free and perfect! Crossroads does Clear Aligners and I have had them. The Aligners are wonderful and my teeth are perfect. More importantly, Dr. Berns and his staff are caring Christian people and always concerned for YOUR welfare! I won't go anywhere else!!

Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly! I am TERRIFIED of the dentist and had some very bad experiences in the past but the staff here made me feel comfortable and reassued that they have my best interest in mind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist, And will be sticking with them!

Great service, unlike most healthcare facilities who have become bitter, angry, and generally dismissive to the very patients that keep them employed, Doc Berns entire office staff is friendly and helpful after a two year virus hangover, and just plain happy to see each patients entire smiling face-every patient is better for it!

Dr.Burns at crossroads is one of the best dentists in the region, his training and expertise in dentistry is so high and meticulous that he has so much pride in the work he does, if the work is not the best he can do, he will not let it go out,with out making it perfect, I have never gone to a dentist before, with the skills and extreme pride that Dr.Burns has in all of the dental work that he does. VERY EXPRESSIVE! I am lucky to find a dentist like him!
