Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1996. Dr. McGrath and his wife opened CrossRoads Dentistry 20 years ago with the hopes of building a patient base of friends. Dr. McGrath and his wife, Hedy have 2 children, Nick and Macy. Dr. McGrath enjoys traveling and working on projects around the house.
Hedy grew up in Indianapolis and has lived in Fishers with her husband, Dan, and their two children for over 20 years. She has a Masters Degree in Education from Indiana University and enjoyed 18 years teaching in Noblesville and Hamilton Southeastern School Districts. Taking a short break from teaching, she helped open CrossRoads Dentistry and since retiring from teaching has come back to work alongside her husband. When shes not in the office, she enjoys shopping a lot and crafting and DYI-ing her home and the office.
Jolene grew up in Fairmount, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry as an expanded functions dental assistant in 2005. She has been Dr. McGraths right-hand lady for over 12 years and spends mornings at the front desk. Jolene and her husband, Nick have 2 sons, Sawyer and Hudson. Jolene enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, being outdoors, and help with her husbands woodworking business.
Allison grew up in Hillsboro, Indiana. She has a Bachelors degree from Purdue University and received her Associates degree in Dental Hygiene from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Allison has been with us for 16 years and also teaches dental hygiene at Ivy Tech in Anderson. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and daughter Kate, traveling, and shopping.
Megan grew up in Pendleton, Indiana and now lives in Anderson. She graduated from Ivy Tech and has an Associate Degree in Applied Science. She is an expanded duties assistant and works alongside Dr. McGrath. When shes not in the office, she spends her time with her husband, Ben, and daughter, Joann. They enjoy time on the lake and cooking and baking. She also loves wine.
Emily grew up in Pendleton, Indiana and now lives on her own apple orchard in Anderson. She graduated from IU School of Dentistry with a Bachelors of Science degree in dental Hygiene. Recently engaged to her high school sweetheart, when not in the office you will find her planning her wedding, making apple deserts, or watching a Cubs game.
Cesar grew up in Noblesville, Indiana. He is a new graduate of Ivy Tech with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene and also has a Masters in Biology from Ball State University. When hes out of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and their one-year-old son, Atlas. Cesar enjoys spending time with family and playing board games, and Dr. McGrath enjoys having the extra testosterone in the office.
Macy grew up in Fishers and graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelors Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a focus in Autism. She is currently working on her Masters Degree in Special Education. When shes not in the office or studying, she is probably watching her boyfriend, Alex, play hockey, organizing a Best Buddies activity, or teaching her Special Education Youth Ministry.

Very unprofessional. Canceled the appointment without letting the person know. Reschedule then cancel the same day because your feelings were hurt. Filing a complaint with IDA.

I have been going here for years. Always professional and very honest. They do not try to do additonal unnecessary dental work even if you have great insurance. I have had other dentist that weren't so honest. TRUST is a great quality in a relationship.

My family and myself had been going here for years. Office has had some staff changes and just didn't feel as welcoming. Took myself and my family to another dentist and they found several things that needed done. I went every 6 months for my checkups. One thing I had to have done was a tooth extraction after Dr. McGrath was "watching" it for quite some time. Why did he let this go this far? I do not recommend going here!

My family & I have been patients of Dr McGrath's for the past fifteen years. The office is very professional and smoothly run. The dental care is excellent, for all ages. The staff are all very kind and patient. I highly recommend CrossRoads Dentistry.

Nice and clean facility, everyone was very friendly. I liked that they use a light on a band around their head when cleaning your teeth so that a bright light isn't right in your eyes the whole time you are getting your teeth cleaned. Much more pleasant!

The best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Kumar takes the time to explain everything. The office itself is very new and state of the art. Her staff is top notch and her hygienist is great with kids and is very thorough.All around Professionals! It's not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Kumar and her staff for kids and adults.

Many great experiences. Minimalist like me. Won't remove too much good tooth for a filling. He can do it all even cosmetics, but won't try and sell unnecessary stuff. You bring it up if your need something done. Conscientious. Courteous. Friendly.

Our entire family have been clients for about 15 years. We have always received top notch care and excellent customer service. Dr. McGrath and his team are excellent. Our kids actually look forward to coming to the dentist.
