An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I cannot express enough how awesome this place is. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and amazing. Today , after my appointment, I got in my car and cried when I smiled and looked at my teeth. Dr. Chaffee and the staff gave me back my smile with my new crowns. Thank you

So glad I found them. I have changed at least 3-4 dentist in last few years, finally I have this clinic for life. They are very professional, kind and do not make you wait like other places. They have a great team and their office is super clean. I recommended them to a friend at work and he loves it too. Recommended them to my brother and he liked them too, my niece got her braces today. Her orthodontist, Andy Seymour, is very friendly and kind. I love his interaction with the kids. My niece was very comfortable getting her braces and was well prepared. They didn't rush us, educated us at every step. No upselling, no waiting, no rushing and totally patient! That's a deal! They take almost all insurance and will answer all your questions as many times as you ask. I like how they take the time to explain. Oh yes, you can check-in online for your appointment. Isn't that cool?! Without any hesitation I would recommend them to anyone.

Definitely was the wrong decision to bring my child and will not be returning. Dr. Gardner lacked bedside manner, common courtesy and after waiting for her she spent all of five minutes and wasn't thorough. This is the fourth time I've taken my Son to a dentist and by far the worst experience. The only positive interaction was with the dental assistant, she was so kind and a great professional.

I began using this business in Oct 2020 and I've noticed a few things as an ortho patient. -Billing: I began services without using insurance. I agree to a payment plan for treatment. About 6 months after beginning treatment, Crossroads finally started taking my insurance. Unfortunately, there was no change in my payment amount. I continued making large monthly payment despite the fact that my insurance was to subsidized the treatment. Crossroads received money from me and my insurance company. -Treatment: The ortho doctor here is very friendly and willing to explain treatment in detail. I did not 100% like the outcome of my ortho treatment and wished I would have never started. I'm very particular and unfortunately the results didn't meet my expectations. The dental assistants are hit or miss. I've had some positive interactions (laughing and good convo) and some not great. Most recently I had a bad experience with Carla. She was working to remove my braces and I told her she was hurting me. She then explained that it was 'normal.' After my complaint, she continued to rough-house me. I ultimately had to ask for a different dental assistant because she completely ignored my pain and concerns. She grew frustrated and began to bad-mouth me to her colleagues in Spanish. Her ignorance showed because I understand Spanish. Absolutely horrible experience. Her replacement, Ofelia, was great at making sure I understood the procedures and that I wasn't in pain. All it took was patience, empathy, and common courtesy. -Administration: Hit or miss. Recently they change systems and required all patients to onboard. I asked to skip this since it was to be my last appointment. I was refused treatment if I did not sign up. This was frustrating as no one likes to be strong armed. -Final Remarks: Since Oct 2020, I've had 5 bad experiences after visiting on a monthly basis. 27.7% likelihood of disappointment which isn't the worst, but when your money is on the table, you deserve better.

Had my first visit with this office last week and the people here were amazing. They were kind, hospitable, and gave the office a warm and welcoming fee. The staff was young, quick, and efficient in what they were doing. There was good communication amongst the team and the tech who took my X-Rays was kind and professional. Jade, my dental hygienist for that day was lovely. She did a great job cleaning. Wasn't harsh on the flossing or on the tools she was using. Everyone was very down to earth and sweet. My dentist that I was meeting for the first time, Rachel Gardner, was professional and very straight forward. She was thorough and efficient when examining me for cavities or any other underlying issues. Asked me if i had any pains or questions/concerns. I said no and she was off. Overall, fantastic office and glad my friend recommended this place to me because I would highly recommend this place to others who live in the gilbert/chandler area.

unprofessional, trying to extract money from the patient. I went for regular cleaning but they insisted on doing deep cleaning and when I refused deep cleaning($650), they didn't do regular cleaning. They wasted my time and not going to recommend them to any one.

We've been coming here for 15 years!! Yes 15 years. Dr. Clayton and staff are by far the best I've been to and he's taken great care or our family of five. You'd be hard pressed to find a better dentist. I'd go as far as to say you're nuts if didn't come here! Go see the Doc!! Nicest guy ever.

Now I know most people won't give a dentist a five star rating but here are a few of my reasons why. First, Dr. Tyler Clayton - as someone who has had the experience of an absolutely terrible dental provider in the past I have high anxiety when I have to go to the dentist. Dr. Clayton did an amazing job of subsiding those fears. He didn't just dismiss them as I had experienced with other providers, but showed empathy and patience. He explained everything he would be doing, what he was going to do to minimize my pain or discomfort (note he didn't say I wouldn't have any but that's not realistic), and made sure I was okay throughout the procedure. The team - from Rosemary, to Tori, and everyone else on staff are just awesome, very customer service oriented. Environment - Not going say in this COVID-19 environment they take patient safety seriously because they ALWAYS have. From the waiting area to the treatment rooms, clean, sanitized work spaces has been part of their culture. I could keep going on but I'll end here by saying if you are like me and the thought of going to the dentist makes you nauseous, panic, and really, really anxious give Dr. Clayton and team at Crossroads Dental in Chandler at try.

By far my favorite dental practice! Dr. Clayton gets the job done. I needed my chipped crown replaced ASAP and it was done in office. Crossroads has been meeting all my families dental needs since 2012 when my son got braces.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things! Dr. Clayton and Tori, my hygienist, were amazing. It had been a few years since I have been to the dentist and needed a fair amount of work done. They were GREAT at making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process! Thank you!!

I recommend Crossroads Dental Group! I was in a horrible car accident and have a lot of dental work over the years. Crossroad Dental Group has provided me with tender loving care as I went through consultations and procedures.
