An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

Very rude front desk check in person, helps out the younger patients and makes the senior citizen wait 30 minutes before checking them in!!then tells me I have to wait an hour before I can be seen that's about two hours wait time when I got there 15minutes before my appointment!

Had a tough procedure done which definitely took time and and patience! Dr. Zou did a great job helping me through out the way! I can't remember the nice woman who did my teeth cleaning too but she was amazing! Overall, super happy with the staff! Thank you to all of you!!

At Crossroads Dental Care they give you great treatment and Dr Zou is one great Dentist. I would recommend this facility to all of my family and friends. They took care of me right away and they were all wonderful friendly people. I liked them so much that I am scheduled for my routine dental care in the future. Don't go there this people only wants to take your money they did a crown the did a very bad job the tooth and my gums got infected and did not want to take responsibility for it

The whole medical staff here at Crossroads is wonderful. From the dentist Dr. Gill she really cares about her patients and the well being of their teeth. I unfortunately had to receive 2 root canals today. But Dr. Vongphoe and Sally were amazing. They made the root canals painless and they made sure I was comfortable and completely numb before continuing. If you need to get a root canal or any work done this is definitely the place to go to. Additionally, Rand the hygenist is wonderful. She does a wonderful job cleaning your teeth and educating you on how to maintain the up keep of your teeth. She shows you strategies on how to floss and clean your teeth. If you need to find a wonderful dentist look no further!!!

Absolutely awful dental practice. Dr. Vong Pho (a dentist at the time, now an endodontist working at multiple dental offices)refused to prescribe antibiotics for a badly infected tooth over 5 years ago causing cysts to develop in my sinuses which are still there and cause me problens to this day. Made the poor decision to go back to have an infected tooth extracted a year ago and the oral surgeon did a rush-job, didn't xray the area after the extraction to make sure he got it all leading to an infection due to a root fragment he left in my jaw. The extraction and anesthetic injections were the most painful I have ever experienced. When I told the owner she said that she would talk to the surgeon right away about his poor treatment and I trusted her to do so. A month later I called the surgeon myself to see if the owner had spoken to him about his bothched extraction and he said no, she had never contacted him about the issue. I asked the owner about it and she was indignant. I would not go anywhere near Crossroads Dental for dental work and encourage anyone to seek dental care from a more trustworthy practice. Crossroads is cheaper than some, but you may pay for it in pain and suffering for years to come from subpar dental care.

Don't go here. They've changed the orthodontist 3 times. They are terrible with time management. The orthodontist is only in the office 2 days a month the wait is long. Not worth it.

The dentist was gentle, but everyone else in the office is incompetent. The office manager rushed through my procedure options then told the dentist to do the wrong procedure. They spent 3 hours doing the wrong procedure then when they realized their mistake, they had me sign for a more expensive procedure while under medication. I then called and they said they'd refund $500 off the more expensive procedure... they never did. Then while finishing crowns on a later visit I heard another patient having the same issue. Then when I went in for the final crown visit, the dental assistant was running around in a hurry to get out for a hot date or something, she was running around, bumping in to my chair constantly, not focused on my dentistry at all. Please avoid this dentist. Update. They never refunded my money. This place is a scam and they are dangerously negligent and commit malpractice.

We just moved to Upland...and Crossroads Dental Group was within walking distance, so I decided to give them a try. Very very happy. Super personable from start to finish. I felt like they were fully vested in my well-being. Front office person greeted me and took care of my check-in promptly. She had also sent me paper work via email prior - which really helped keep things rolling. Carlos the Dental Assistant was awesome and very clear in explanations. The Dental Care I received from the DDS and the Dental Hygienest was wonderful. Dr. Rittu Gill was fantastic - very clear - very careful. Look forward to continuing my dental care with this team.

I must say im not a fan on the dentist, but this dental group has changed my mind. They were very friendly and very helpful they explained everything so that I could understand, and my deep teeth cleaning and my filling were not painful at all matter of fact it was good! So good the im going back in 2 weeks for more work. I know there is a lot of dental groups in the area but I have found this one to be better than good. I forgot the gentlemans man but he was very cool and I felt relaxed when I got there because of him, next time I go I will get his name
