I would rate a zero. I was searching for a good dentist. Upon seeing this site; I realized I had been to this practice years ago. They were under a different name. I saw Dr. Lanier, who pulled a tooth for me. Her bedside manner is horrendous! She was very demeaning and insulting. I would never go here again.

I came to see Dr. Evans and that was not a good deed. I came for extraction and bone grafting and I sat there for 2 hours waiting on her and the only thing they did was knocked off 100.00 of my 2500.00 bill. She is sweet but time is not on her side. That was my last visit to see her. I would not recommend her at all!!

The building is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Very efficient and thorough. Provide a great service...I will go back. I gave a 4 star because after my extraction, I wasn't given any follow-up paper work on how the care site (you know the does and don'ts I was left to google search )

Well the office is very dirty. They just care about money not the patient. I have been so disappointed in every thing and everyone. I'm looking for a new place coz they are just under staffed and don't care. I hope they get someone to turn this place around but I can see it doesn't matter to them as long as you give them money. Shame on them. You would think Dr's would care more. Very dissatisfied patient.

My hygienist is outstanding, explained everything to me & Dr. Lanier confirmed the assessment. Through the years I've received excellent dental care with her office.

I came to the Crossroads Dental office to get a tooth extraction. Full.of fear of what was about to happen. I was greeted with smiles and pleasant people who made me feel a better. The chairside manners when i was taken to the back from the assistants and Dentist was comforting. I have become a patient now with a new smile of confidence. I highly recommend this Dental Care Office. A special thank you to Linda from my last visit!!!

If you are reading this review, it is likely that you depend on reviews because you do not know competent professionals that provide your needed service. So, I promise a truthful review of my experience at Crossroads Dental. After having a root canal and needing a permanent crown on the tooth, I asked my endodontist if she would recommend a dentist to me as my prior dentist no longer honored my insurance. The doctor gave me two names and I chose Dr Lanier because of the proximity of her office. I felt confident walking into Dr Lanier's office because Dr Lanier had been referred by another professional. The tooth itself has been problematic so I felt a little anxious about the tooth. The person scheduling my appointment over the phoned scheduled it within the time frame for replacing the temporary restoration with a permanent solution. Parking was accessible and when entering the office, the staff was welcoming and the waiting area comfortable. Dr Lanier attentively listened to my concerns and together we arrived at a treatment plan and started implementing the plan. She provided options for my concerns, and I had many concerns. Dr Lanier is a highly skilled professional doctor, a good listener and a compassionate and kind person who showed a love for her work. When getting out of her chair, her assistant Linda had this smile and said to me, "that what she does." A stop to the restroom on the way out revealed it to be impeccable. Grateful for this recommendation from my endodontist. My dental health team is now complete.

I had mixed feelings regarding my last visit. I really do not like having a lot of x-rays taken. This last visit the hygienist took two unnecessary x-rays of my tooth that the dentist did not even need nor acknowledge when she came in to put in my permanent crown. I had expressed some concerns to the hygienist of some pain that I was experiencing with the temporary crown and wondered if there was a need for a root canal that the Dentist had suggested as a possible procedure I may need prior to being fitted for a permanent crown given how close my tooth was to the nerve. The hygienist said she needed to take 2 x-rays. I asked if we could wait until the Dentist came in first to see if she needed x-rays. The hygienist informed me that she knew the dentist was going to need them . When the dentist came in and I informed her of my concern and shared that the hygienist had already taken two -rays, the dentist looked surprise and did not look at the x-rays. Shed looked in my mouth and based on the questions she asked me determined that a root canal was not likely needed. Because of the concern I had expressed she suggested putting the permanent crown in with temporary glue and for me to come back in two weeks to see how things were going. She then asked the hygienist to take an x-ray of the permanent crown in my mouth. I feel that this office is too quick to take x-rays as if you are simply taking a picture photo of your mouth with no risk of radiation effect. More direct and personal communication with the Dentist is desired upon visits. Ouside of the x-rays, I am pleased wtith the level of services that I have recieved thus far. I want to thank all the staff for such a wonderful experience I had with my most recent dental visit on May 19th. First, I want to thank Stephanie for working to allow me to keep my originally scheduled appointment on that day. I want to thank Linda for her pleasant morning greeting and assistance she gave on the day of my cleaning. And most of all I want to thank Dr. Lanier for such a great job she did with my cleaning. It was the most pleasant and relaxed cleaning I have ever experienced. And I also thank the kind hygienists who wrapped up the process in polishing my teeth. My overall experience that day was simply wonderful! Thanks again to all of the staff.

I mean who loves going to the dentist except me.... My wife and I both see Dr. Lanier at crossroads dental and love her. She will tell you how it is whether you like it or not. My wife hates the dentist it is hard to get her there but at least she likes the Doctor. I will go anytime to get my teeth cleaned. I don't care for the fillings though. I have gone to six dentists in my life and she is by far my favorite.

They changed my appointment time without calling me. Then I had to reschedule for a cleaning 3 months later. Makes no sense.
