Beware about your insurance before scheduling anything here, and being surprised with a bill. They will not look into it before hand as some offices will do for you (in my experience) especially if your Dental Insurance is new...They will only look to see if they will take your insurance NOT if you are covered with insurance for a certain amount of cleanings per year. I wasn't told this before I scheduled a cleaning and was called after the service was done saying I owed $199...YIKES. However, I had a wonderful experience with May the hygienist and learned a lot on how to brush more accurately! Super sweet and informative but the front desk could use some help with checking insurance and exactly what insurance will cover BEFORE scheduling you.

I just had a dental emergency over Christmas which is never good timing and this office went above and beyond to see me and I was not even a patient. I'm so appreciative of their efforts and now...I am a patient! Thank you Crossroads!

Awful experience, they took way too long for a regular cleaning. I was literally in there for three hours just for a basic cleaning. They lied to me saying my insurance covered my xrays. They hyped me up saying why not, your insurance covers xrays. The only reason I took xrays was because the head receptionist was so adamant my insurance was great and would cover it. Two weeks later she calls to tell me they dont cover it so I had to pay out of pocket. When your playing with someone's money, don't be making mistakes like that especially after explicitly hyping me up saying insurance would cover it. Truly an awful experience. I had to cancel my next appointment out of fear they'd overcharge me again.

Dr. Tan efficiently capped Julia's front teeth, improving their appearance and perfectly matching the color of the other teeth. We are very pleased.

I have seen Dr. Tan for over 10 years in two different facilities and he is very precise and provides details on the services you need immediately as well as things to look out for to prevent future problems. He is very nice and professional. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Tan is an excellent Dentist and the Office Staff is efficient and friendly...I used to dislike going to the dentist but Dr. Tan makes it pain-free and easy.

Have been going to Crossroads Dental Care for a couple years now. From Dr. Tan to the the hygienists to the front desk, it has been a good experience each time. Also, parking is easy, appts have always started on time, and my smile is healthy with wonderful encouragement and insight at each cleaning.

Dr. Tan and his staff were able to see me on Saturday for an emergency appointment. A crown came loose during the day and they were able to glue it back in place. Both he and his staff were excellent and efficient. If you need a good dentist, Dr. Tan is your man.
