Dr. Koch was born and raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. She attended University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for three years before earning early acceptance into Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. She graduated with a Degree in Medical Dentistry in June of 1998.
Dr. Koch realized a lifelong dream of establishing a dental practice in the South Suburbs with the opening of Crossroads Dental Care. Dr. Koch is proud to have served patients in our community. Through continuing education and state-of-the-art equipment, she is able to offer you and your family the high level of care youre looking for. She and her staff will give you a warm welcome and an ongoing commitment to your dental health.
Dr. Koch is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and Chicago Dental Society. She is a Preferred Provider for Invisalign and certified in the surgical placement and restoration of implants. In Dr. Kochs down time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and golden retriever, Lola.
Dr. Jonker takes pride in developing long-lasting relationships with his patients by creating a comfortable, trusting and welcoming environment. He is passionate about working with all patients to achieve their oral health and smile goals by designing individualized treatment plans for each patient and treating patients to the highest standards of care. He applies his love for dentistry with his passion for helping others to provide excellent dental care and create beautiful and healthy smiles.
Dr. Jonker graduated from Loyola University with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology. He then continued his education to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, San Francisco. During dental school, he received numerous awards and honors for excellence in patient-centered care and academics. Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Jonker completed a post-graduate Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency where he focused on perfecting advanced skills and techniques utilizing state-of-the-art dental technology.

Kelly is an incredible asset to Crossroads Dental Care and our patients. Cross trained in all aspects of our practice, she is our treatment and scheduling coordinator as well as a chair side assistant. Graduating from Robert Morris College, Kelly brings years of dental knowledge helping our patients achieve their dental goals. She has fun with her husband, two children and loveable lab, Lucy.
Andrea has been in the dental industry for 25 years and has practiced as a Dental Hygienist since 1998. Post graduate certifications in local anesthetics, CPR certification and JP Institute training in periodontal evaluation and treatment, along with constant continuing education offering the best care options for patients. Our office realizes each patient is unique with subjective ideals and considers all variable involved. Her belief is to properly educate the patient, presenting our assessment and treatment options, ultimately giving them the responsibility for their oral health.
Rhiannon, also known as Anna around Crossroads, has been a dental assistant for many years. She is always learning and improving her dental assistant duties to better care for the patients. Her number one priority is the patient, making sure they are comfortable during any dental procedure, educated on pre-and post- dental care and provide them with a warm and friendly environment. Anna has earned her associates degree in nursing and has stayed current with CPR certification.
Anna is married to her high school sweetheart. Together they have three daughters and a boxer named Lambeau. When she is not working she enjoys cheering on her daughters in cheerleading and hockey. She love traveling, gardening, bonfires in the summer and cheering on the Green Bay Packers!!
Jan has worked as a dental assistant and front desk receptionist for 2 decades. Keeping current with continuing education and CPR training is important to provide the best quality of care for the patients. She enjoys helping patients and making them feel welcome along with being an amazing team member!

See you at the Crossroads! Amazing place for people who like their teeth and want to avoid having dentures like grandma and grandpa! Hours are great! Their X-Ray bib makes me feel like I work for NASA! The service, detail, and expertise are awesome! If only they could help cure my 10 year old dog's breath! But maybe the one and only Dr. Koch CAN! Dr. Koch and Dr. Jonker are very knowledgeable. If you have an issue with a tooth they explain the problem and ask if you have questions. Dr. Jonker just put a crown on my tooth this week and he and his assistant could not have been more friendly. They entire staff is kind and courteous.

I'll start by saying, I am a challenging patient. Dr. Koch, and the entire staff, always make me feel comfortable and safe. My visit today was no different! Dr. Koch walked me through every step. She addressed my fears and put me at ease with her demeanor. Her assistant, Anna, was just as nice and even checked up on me after my procedure. This is definitely the place you want to go to, if you are uneasy with dental visits!

Started coming here when my dentist moved to this location. He has since retired and I have seen both dentists here, I have high expectations as I loved my old dentist. Dr. Jonker is very professional and kind! He took my concerns about a certain tooth seriously when it was brushed off before. All of the assistants are very kind too! They make you feel very comfortable from the second you walk in. The ladies at the front desk are SO nice and make you feel like family!

Wow! Just wow! I would have to say Dr. Jonkers and his assistant Anna are the best. I am a huge baby when it comes to needles and pain, so I was thinking about ways to avoid my appointment to get my cavity filled I ended up going and I am excited to state that I finally found a dentist who is caring and knowledgeable about what they do. The entire staff works together in order to be the best cohesive force possible.

Honestly it's the best dentist I've ever been to! Dr. Jonker and his assistant take extra special care of making sure their patients feel as little pain as possible. They're very flexible with scheduling appointments and are excellent at communicating with their patients. This place checks all the boxes for giving you the perfect dental care you need!

Jennifer Koch is honest and reliable . She acquaints herself with previous procedures so as to point out possible approaches to solve the problem, and then encourages you to make your own decision toward your dental health. During the procedure Dr. Koch explains exactly what she is doing and why which is both informative and calming as it directs you to think past the moment. Her down to earth staff, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist, is friendly and efficient which helps build trust full circle. I have complete confidence in this dental office.
