Dr. Rowland is a 1982 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He especially enjoys inexpensively enhancing smiles and getting people out of pain. He has been offering gentle dental care to apprehensive patients in the Plainwell-Otsego area for 30 years (yes, he started his practice at the age of 8). He also loves children--he has four of his own--including triplets! His oldest daughter, Cassie, graduated from Washington University in St. Louis andis workingin San Francisco; Tiffany has a degree in Biomedical Sciencesfrom Western Michigan University and is attending the Ohio State School of Optometry;Brooke was Miss Michigan's Outstanding Teen for 2010 and graduatedfrom Georgetown Law School; Dustin scored a perfect 36 on the college ACT test,has a biology degree from the University of Michiganand plans to attend medical school to pursue a surgical career. Dr. Rowland loves asian cuisine, electronic gadgets, reading, kayaking, traveling, teaching, and learning new things.

I took my 92-year-old Mom for a checkup after 2 years since her last appointment. Amy was very gentle with Mom and so concerned for her well-being. Dr. Rowland examined Mom and communicated to her that she did not have anything serious wrong. It only took one hour and it was a good experience.

I've taking My 7yrs old daughter here this year and Dr. Rowland is as painless as possible and given fast procedures. All the dental assistant's have been friendly and nice. I've made appointments for rest of my family as well.

My son and I just started going here this year after a friend recommended us. Dr. Rowland and the dental assistant's have been great. Definitely recommend him if your looking for a new dentist.

I Have been going to crossoak family Dentistry for several years Dr Rowland and his staff are so Awesome Everyone is so nice and professional And they are so caring and take care of all your needs . The office is so clean and nice I would recommend everyone to go to Crossoak Family Dentistry!

Great job today team. Not only did I get a cleaning from Laura (great job) but fillings on the same day. Now that's service. Remember as Dr Rowland reminded me "you don't have to floss all of your teeth, just the ones you want to keep." I'm flossing twice a day from now on.

Dr. Rowland is very caring about his patients and several times during the appointment stops and asks if you are ok. No pain at all during the fillings and extraction. Friendly staff and I like the discount they give for paying the day of the appointment. That helps when you don't have Dental insurance! They do good work there and the hygienist is awesome, too.

LOVE dr Rowland most amazing dentist I've ever been to. However Lisa the billing lady is extremely rude I've never experienced such rude unprofessional treatment in my life. I called to give my insurance information to verify they had it I was trying to explain I have a credit counselor that takes care of my bills and was making sure she had permission to call and pay my balance. She proceeded to cut me off and say I will not call a bank to have your bill paid. I told her if she didn't cut me off she would know I was just trying to make sure my bank lady has permission to call and make payments for me. Extremely rude and told me I've never heard of a bank calling an office to pay your bill the call ended with her hanging up on me when I was trying to just get my balance paid and make sure they had correct insurance information and to see if my insurance was billed and to take care of my bill.
