Super nice staff. Outstanding Dentist Dr. K is. So polite , informative about the work he does, or is going to do. Very clean office. Mary Ellen is super with insurance issues. Totally recommend.

I'm in the process of completing my implant procedure .I have been a patient of this office for 30 years. I was a patient of his father and now his son. I highly recommend this office along with his staff who is completely professional and cordial ,makes the experience a pleasure.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kushner! He was kind and caring to our family on our first visit. He thoroughly explained each aspect of the visit before it happened. He was consistent with his word and paperwork. He was very sweet and caring to my three year old during his very first dental visit ever, as well. He made sure he was comfortable and understood what was going to happen. He checked in on me and my son throughout our appointments. He even had a kids chair that my three year old could use while waiting for my appointment before his. He allowed my son to pick a prize from the treasure chest, as well. We look forward to making Dr. Kushner our go-to for all our dental needs moving forward!

Dr Kushner is great and all the staff in his office are very helpful and polite. I got my root canal done for the first time today was really nervous about it but doctor made me super comfortable and throughout the procedure he made sure I was doing okay. So glad I found this place. Would definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

My family and I have been going to Crossings Dental for almost 20 years just about. I recently had a dental emergency and I got in the same day. I was in so much pain and so relieved Dr Kushner took care of me. It was my first dental problem and he made sure I wasn't too uncomfortable or in pain during the procedure. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and accommodating. When we had our son and it was his turn to see the dentist they were awesome with him. He's never afraid of teeth cleanings or cavity fillings. That's important. So glad I found them and Dr Kushner and Associates are there for our dental needs!

Dr Kushner is excellent and I would highly recommend him for all your dental services. His staff is wonderful I called for an urgent matter and I was able to get in immediately and get my issue taken care of.

I'm so grateful to have found this office. Dr. Kushner and Jackie are the best. I put off going to the dentist for years because my teeth are super sensitive and other dentists caused me pain. By the time I saw Dr. Kushner, I had quite a few cavities, but he was kind and made me feel comfortable with getting all the fillings. I felt no pain during the process, and he made all the fillings perfectly fit my mouth, in shape and color, so that I didn't even know I had fillings when he was finished. Jackie is extremely attentive, kind, and listens really well. She makes adjustments for me so that every cleaning is a comfortable visit. She really spends time and cares. My whole family now goes to this office, and we are all very happy!

Dr. My Yang and the entire staff are phenomenal! Unbelievable how patient and thorough he was with the entire process. I had a deep cleaning on all four quadrants and he consistently explained what he was doing throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. So grateful to have found this Dental Center. Before and after photos and how thorough the deep cleaning was.

09.28.2021. My husband and I were at dental office Crossings Dental. The procedure was performed by: My Yang DDS (teeth cleaning, filling) and Assistant Ms. Barbara (dental pictures, assisted: teeth cleaning, filling). We are not satisfied with the quality of the procedures due to: Dental images - the device, which had to be deeply inserted into the oral cavity, was too heavy, not comfortable, and quite sharp. After the procedure, there were scratches on the gums and the whole jaw ached from the weight of this object. Teeth brushing - the procedure was carried out chaotically, it was not clear which tooth had already been cleaned and which one had not been touched. Filling on the tooth - even though there were no urgent indications for the treatment of the tooth (with the previously installed braces), the doctor still carried out the procedure for setting the filling. The work was poorly done, and I returned the same day for a correction. The tooth was cut deeply enough, and the edges of the tooth protruded downward with a sharp edge. I am looking forward to a visit to my dental doctor of braces, perhaps I will need to correct this tooth again! I wear braces, which will be removed in about a year, then I will need to install one implant. During a visit to this dental office, the Assistant several times pointed out to me the need to start work on the implantation already now, although my permanent doctor of braces did not give such recommendations. I do not think that such recommendations are within the competence of the Assistant. I was already at my dentist's appointment for braces and he confirmed that it is too early to start working on the implant, as the position of the dental roots will still change!!! The result of visiting this dental office left a very negative opinion. We cannot recommend this dental office to anyone. We will have to contact another dental office. Besides, after writing a complaint to this dentistry, none of the representatives of this dental office bothered to call us and apologize!!!

Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Kushner's office. Everyone I spoke to at the office was super helpful. I called their office regarding my dental coverage and the front desk did a great job following up with me and providing accurate information. My hygienist also did a great job and was kind! Dr. Kushner did a great job explaining my x-rays. He also explained what he was going to do before he started each task. My teeth are much cleaner and my chipped tooth is fixed! If you're nervous about going to the dentist, this is the place to go! Everyone was super nice and checked in to make sure I was doing okay!

Dentist are ALWAYS frightening to me.. BUT 1. Jackie (the assistant) makes it SO much easier ! She's HONESTLY ALWAYS so great! Super friendly, she talks you through things, and I can really appreciate that even after not seeing me for 6 months (or more if I happen to wait a little longer for a cleaning) she remembers exactly who I am! That definitely makes you feel so much more comfortable! Dr.Kushner is just as awesome! My first time having work done by him he was SO nice, walked me through everything, made sure I was ok all throughout the visit, and constantly asking if I needed anything. Having a dentist like that, and NOT someone who's just straight to the point, does their work & bam you leave, is really comforting, especially for someone like me who has A LOT of anxiety about dentist. Even the front desk woman (I believe her name is Mary Ellen?) is great! I'm so glad I found this office, I'll be sticking here for as long as I can. I got my mother to come to this office, &once my son is old enough I most definitely will be taking him to Dr.Kushner as well !
